Worst customer service experience ever! Pulled in to this place for what I thought would be an oil change, most places I have ever been you pull up to an open bay and they come out, greet you and tell you where to go. When I pulled up I saw an open bay that had an orange cone that said "no parking" next to it so I pulled up to it and awaited for someone to come out and give me some direction. No sooner than I put it in park and rolled down the window a gentlemen bee lined to the "no parking" cone and started pointing his socket at it with a disgusted look on his face. Not a "How can we help you" or "Good morning", just pointing at the "no parking" sign. I immediately was frustrated and proceeded to tell him that most places greet their customers and that if this is what I could expect I would take my business elsewhere. He just looked at me and continued to point at the sign and said "Read, read, read" as I drove off. Well I can read and I hope others read this as well and make a decision based on how they want to be treated as a prospective customer and elect to go elsewhere. I am now sitting down the street at Havoline quick oil change where I pulled up to the open bay and and someone came out and said, "Good morning, how can we help you". Seems like a better way to start to me.

I allowed these clowns to flush my transmission fluid with no problems prior. Afterwards leaving their facility, I thought the car was fine within 24 hours the began to jerk. I take the car back to them. The guy tells me the fluid is in at an acceptable level and to drive the car for a while and the problem should go away. Problem never went away. By the time I could get a second, third and fourth opinion from respectable people I was out of my warranty as the claimed. What kind of idiot service changes fluid without changing the filter. Thanks to these idiots, I found myself with an choice of either treating myself to either a new transmission ($2,200+) or a new car ($8,900+) for Christmas. I would not even recommend Buford Hwys Precision Auto to someone I dislike. I could not hate you enough to put you through this kind of torment. The only reason I gave them a full star for a rating is because, I could not give them a half star.

EXCELLENT AND HONEST SERVICE! Ive been bringing my car to Amit for years. He and his staff have always provided friendly service for me. The price is reasonable, this is not an El Cheapo shop! However, you get more than you pay for. Amit is looking out for his customers and really wants whats best for them and there cars. He is an EXPERT. Respect his opinion and recommendations for your repairs. In addition, the waiting room is clean, air conditioned, and serves complimentary coffee and WiFi. As per Tracy Elliots one-star oil change experience, This is not Jiffy Lube. This is not a drive-in shop. If you were slightly less entitled, you wouldve have parked your car, walked in, and been treated with the same quality and friendly service everyone else has described!! Honest mechanics are hard to come by in this area. Thank you Amit and your team for being an outstanding shop.

The guy who runs this place is a thief. Stay away. He will make up stories about why he replaced all your spark plugs when your transmission was clearly the problem. If he thinks youre dumb enough to believe it, hes have no problem sucking your wallet as long as he can with stories about the tires resenting the rims or the muffler going through its normal teenage angst years and that your model vehicles life typically ends at around 70K anyway so dont feel bad. that will be $600 for the advice please. No, forget the please. Thats one word he doesnt have in his vocabulary. Just lots of yelling and lots of your car running worse than it did when you drove it in.

I had went for an oil change on Tuesday and the next day I noticed smoke was coming out of my car. I called them and let them know I was unable to bring in my car due to work but, they were amazing and sent 2 technicians to come to my workplace and check out the problem. They brought the car back in with them and solved the issue, they were extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place!! They apologized for the inconvenience and did everything possible to make sure I was safe and the car was okay; no cost at all. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE THE MAN IS A CON ARTIST AND A THIEF. HE WAS SUPPOSE TO DO A TUNE UP AND OIL CHANGE . EVERYTHING WENT TO HELL FROM THERE IT WENT FROM SPARK PLUGS AIR COMPRESSOR VALVE SEAL GASKETS TO IT NEEDS THIS SWITCH OR SOME THING ELSE $1300.00 LATER -MY CAR IS STILL NOT WORKING- HE DID SO MUCH DAMAGE UNTIL I NOW HAVE TO TAKE MY CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP TO FIND OUT WHAT IS REALLY WRONG. AND HE WILL TELL YOU ALL THESE DIFFERENT LIES TO TRY TO THROW YOU OFF. PLEASE PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE - YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DO.

My air conditioning went out in my car, I took it to 3 different mechanics all telling me that my compressor was broken and that it would cost 400-600 to fix it. I brought it here and asked them to check it out, not only was my compressor not broken but I got my A/C completely repaired for 75$. They told me exactly what was wrong and even showed me what needed to be corrected. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone! They really took care of me and I cam away feeling like I had not been taken advantage of.

I cant speak for the negative reviews, but I had a great experience here with Amit. He was super cool, helpful, and knowledgeable about my car. I had a very specific problem that he was very familiar with. He fixed it at a low price, at a fast pace, and kept me updated throughout the process. I was so happy with his service that I left him a tip. I would absolutely recommend this auto shop to a friend.

Nothing but good things to say about this shop. Been taking my older Jeep to this shop for many months, as it is slowly restored from "project vehicle" to working condition. Their mechanics are skilled, and there is no problem when I bring in my own parts.

This is the only place Ill take my car to. The owner Amit is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in detail and what your options are. The prices are low, the work is done fast and they do everything right the first time.
