I had a really great experience with the staff. They were very courteous and professional. I brought in four tires that I needed mounted and it was very close to closing time, and the tire tech was more than willing to take care of it for me. I had previously took my car to the Walmart in Buckhead and they said they wouldnt be able to complete the service because they could not remove the lug nuts. The tire techs at Walmart not only changed my tires with no problem, they explained to me why my tires were wearing down unevenly and how I could get a better performance from my tires. With warm smiles from the front desk staff and the expertise of the tire techs, I will definitely be returning for future service.

Problem #1 they said come at 9am....and be the 1st person to get a oil change I come at 9am...and they open at 8am...still no car in the oil change 9am. Car goes in...10:10am. I stand up and complain after watching the person who was suppose to be changing my oil stack tires instead...then they want to know why is it Im standing at the register looking in the back...my reply...counting and waiting for someone to finish my car...they run to the back and say 20 more mins...BIG JOKE...NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! The sad part no apologies...Not even thank you!!! Just here you go...

The internet says they open at 8, Google Maps app says they open at 9, the poster on the wall says they open at 9 so when I get there at 8:50 the lady tells me they dont open until 10. This place needs to get their stuff together because they just lost 5 people when I was there.

Everyone here is really nice. Thats really good if your plan is to move at a snails pace. 90 minutes for an oil change and counting. Suggest going almost anywhere else. The only "express" thing about this place is how quickly you will drive out of here when finally done.

Came here for an oil change that took forever and then I pop my hood a couple months later and the rod used to hold the hood up has been snapped off and placed back in. Nobody said anything to me when it happened but I know hat it was fine before I went there.

When going to get your oil done at this Walmart there is this guy name James who does good work he gets you in and out and its done right. I have done many negative reviews on this Walmart but it looks as if change is in the works

Took 90 minutes to get one tire put on and I took it off the trailer axle myself. Walmart needs to step it up a bit .
