Tone Wash

Do not use these non-professional people. i took my car there Saturday, after being referred from Rainbow Muffler. The check engine light would not turn on, so the bulb had to be replaced. $85. From my understanding, the Owner son-(i guess) called around and Hyundai was the only source that had it. The guy there literally had the audacity to tell me to call someone to pick it up from Hyundai, because he had no one at the shop that can go get it! Really! This is my responsibility? Your the "professional auto shop" and this is how you inconvenien your customer. Made it worse, he said that hell double charge me for putting the dashboard back together , and once he get the bulb, charge me again for breaking down the dashboard and installing the bulb. he stressed it wasnt his fault, but obviously it was mine, if youre charging me twice. Now here my car is, dashboard taking out, and im basically like screwed! No empathy, no problem resolution for the convenience for the customer, and just plain unprofessional.Needless to say-I drove the car with dashboard out over to Hyundai to pickup the bulb. No discount from this place at all. ILL NEVER USE THEM NOR WOULD I REFER THEM. Sad

I went there because I was recommended by someone. I paid them 420.00 for a tuneup and brakes. A week later my car started acting up, but I didnt know what was wrong with it, so I had it towed to the Dealership for a diagnostic for 110.00 to find out they burst my EGR Tube Seal. They corrected the problem, but I asked to be reimbursed for the diagnostic test, even though my car had been towed I never ask for the towing fees.I just ask for reimbursement on the test but Ken refused. I talk to the owner of the shop which is Richard and he said he has no say so on what goes on in his own establishment. Once my vechile was done they never call and said it was ready I just happen to stop by there and it was just sitting there. I think this business is very unprofessional and I will never recommend this business to anybody.

TOTAL RIP OFF I took my vehicle to repair my emergency break cable. Upon completion I immediately noticed after pulling on my emergency parking stick the car would not stop moving (car was on a incline). Informed the check out cashier employee and he immediately began to fuss with me as if i done something wrong. After alot of back and forth auguring one of the mechanics was told to make the necessary adjustments. The break engaged only after pulling the handle completely upward. To fully correct the poorly repair adjustments a different mechanic revealed after lifting the vehicle what the first mechanic mistakes. The break cable was tried together like a shoe lase style. Had to paid $150 to correct their mistakes. Stay Away These Guys Are ................TOTAL RIP OFF

I took my car here to replace my alternator. After they finished, I drove away and immediately heard a loud thumping/clanking noise. I pulled over and saw that my power steering belt had been shredded and was nearly coming apart. Come to find out, they were in such a rush that they didnt reattach that part back correctly after installing the new alternator. I had to buy a new belt, and they agreed to install it at no extra charge. The guy who installed the alternator and belt acted indifferent to the entire situation. At least they agreed to install the new belt at no charge since it was their fault.

If I could give them a half a star I would. I have been to this shop several times to get a oil change. A few weeks ago I had my mechanic change my brakes and we heard the engine ticking. He checked my oil it was sooo black it was UNBELIEVABLE. The shop WAS NOT CHANGING MY OIL. I always stayed on top of changing my oil REGULAR AND ON TIME so there is no way it should had been that dirty unless someone was not changing it. I will NEVER go back. If I pay for a job I expect it to be done.

Took my car to them after charging me $155 for diagnosis and shelling out an additional $300 to have a misfire fixed, problem was. It fixed. Return next day and they attempted to charge me $70 to redianose the same issue. And came back with the same results. I pay them for a tune up and to replace coils and 2 fuel injectors. Now they same its the same issue and I need to replace them again. Next day!!! And refuse to redo the work unless I paid them again.

Been there for oil chgs, rear brakes, front wheel cylinders and a power steering hose for my dads Explorer as well as oil chgs on his Beamer...they are always nice and speedy. Needed a phone chrgr they had one w/o me asking. They always have cara there wirking but always make room to see me when i come through.

Its sad i came in for a oil change and instead i got my mirrow broken. When I return back to the stop the owner son act as if he knew nothing about it but he was the one doing the oil change. Ill never go back to this shop
