I took my car here a couple times, and what a terrible experience! They seemed nice on the phone, so I gave them a shot... Huge mistake! Theyre only polite til you drop your car off, after that they act like youre bothering them for a handout unless youre waving a handfull of money; even when they called me several times, once because they had forgotten my entire work order, they were usually rude and short. Then as soon as you come to pay them, theyre all nice again. Two-faced is the word. If the job is easy and they get done fast, they still charge you full hours on the price, but if the job takes them longer than the full list price, theyll charge you extra, even tho its thier fault its taking too long. (For instance they got me for over 375 dollars to put on front brake pads that I provided! Said it took longer than they thought. Thats it, no other explanation was given when I asked why, they just said it took that long to do. It didnt need new parts, nothing was broken or replaced, but it just took a long time. Maybe the man who later smeared dirty black grease all over my cars white interior had a hangover that day, I dunno... I have since had those pads replaced again by an honest shop who charged me 150 including pads) They charged me full hours for everything they did, and then some extra for a couple things they forgot to do, or did badly. They actually had to bleed my brakes 3 times before the car would stop right, and each time they insisted it was already done right, and I should stop complaining about the brakes because they are supposed to have a lot of play in the pedal. Then when they finally got them working they blamed me for not having pumped them up enough before, and charged me for all 3 times they had to redo thier own work! (not the same job as the pads above, this was a separate visit.) I have since had the brakes looked at by another shop and they are solid and firm now. They took way longer than originally stated for a bigger job that should have taken a few days at most. When I called and asked what was up, they told me they were busy and since my car was a bigger job, Id have to wait on the walk in jobs because they were more important to get done quickly. -In other words, my car was torn apart already, so I couldnt take it anywhere else like the walk in customers would do, and thier greed wont let them turn away money if all it means is making another customer wait longer. I ended up waiting 3 WEEKS... and you can bet I payed full price when I finally picked it up too. Then to top it all off, my car was returned with a curbed rim (300 to fix), a few small scratches and one large dented scratch (1200 to fix), 2 broken pieces of exterior trim (700 to replace), grease all over the interior in my ivory leather seats, console, arm rests, carpet and steering wheel (300 for a deep cleaning), a smashed in ac condenser coil (400 to repair), a dead battery from leaving the doors hang open overnight (replaced under batterys own warranty). Thats nearly $3,000 worth of damage, and of course they denied doing any of it, in fact they got angry, raised thier voices, cursed, and became so physically agiteated I felt unsafe... And since I dont have money or time to be suing people, or photographic evidence of the damage, thats just my money lost and a lesson learned.

Ive only been to them one time. Thats all it took for me to know that I will be going back again if needed. Brandy and Johns hospitality is so welcoming. Their not like some other services that takes day to fix your vechile leaving it sitting out in the front for some odd days. Im glad I did my research to find "CAS" I will be telling my family and friends about them.

The prices are more than reasonable and they always explain exactly what is wrong before proceeding with my repairs.
