Stopped by there today 7/29/2015 to purchase two front tires around noon...Story starts now, I had purchased 4 new tires there last September with alignment, no problem till I got home. After checking they had left 2 front lug nuts off, one each side. How do you do that when only 4 lug nuts are on each wheel?? Called them and they did replace with new ones after another trip to see them. Today, my fault, never rotated tires so I drove about 14 miles after moving away thinking all is ok, seemed to be a good business. Bought 2 replacement tires wanting alignment, was told the guy had been fired. Got home and noticed again they screwed up putting an incorrect lug nut back on. Called the owned about this, and an AC service I paid for that made matters worse. He told me that he had to replace the lug, and put a new lug nut on free of charge...said he did me a favor?? Really?? He did not say a word while I was there, and it was not the correct lug nut that is needed to attach the hub cap/trim ring. Next for the AC issue, was blowing cold then hot. Paid $69 for the service, now it did not work at all, just cycled on and off...hot air. On top of that they left a temperature gauge in my vent, thought it was a cheap throw away. They called me on the way home, and I turned around like a fool to give it back! After I got home went out and purchased Freon, and corrected the problem myself for $14 and tax! Oh, paid for an oil change also, now its one quart low. Really?? UPDATE...after looking closer they never replaced the oil filter, dip stick is broken and oil HAS NOT been changed. Shame on you!! Paid them $300 for this service today...NEVER AGAIN!

I was recommended to this shop by a family friend and Ill never return. Whoever the guy is behind the counter is very impolite and disrespectful. First he lied and stated my fiancé called and canceled service with the locksmith technician, which I know he did not. After that, he got upset because I made it MY decision to locate MY own locksmith technician to come and service MY VEHICLE. Shortly after, he refused to work on my vehicle. He was rude when I called, rude when I arrived and overall extremely discourteous. Working in Corporate America, Im very familiar with interacting with customers and providing essential customer service, he lacks those abilities. I feel really bad for the mechanics that work here. They looked disappointed as we drove away. Im sure they were being that you just took food off their table by having a nasty attitude/CHARACTER. The employees in NAPA auto parts next door agreed and stated that you always lose service because of it and being a fully grown adult its a shame that that is how you are recognized and youre content with it. If I could put a negative star I would.

Took my car in for back brakes to be checked. I knew that the back brakes were scrubbing and wanted to get new brakes. The owner adamantly advised me that it was not the back brakes but in the front brakes. When I left, within 2 hours of driving my brakes were still scrubbing worst than before. I took the car back 4 days later to tell him I was still having the same issues. Not only was he rude, and almost refusing to listen to me talk, but he proceeded to tell me that within 4 days of him looking at my brake system I obviously did something to cause the problem I initially took the car in for(back brakes). He did not want to take any responsibility for misdiagnosing the issue which was the back brakes. The previous comments are all accurate, this guy is rude, he attempts to belittle his customers and he lacks customer service and personal skills. Taking ownership and having good customer service wouldve rectify misdiagnosing the problem, but not at this establishment. This guy does not value his customer and does not guarantee quality work. I will not be bringing my business back to him .

OK. For the negative the reviews on this business, they are completely unfounded. My entire family in South ATL has used this shop for the better part of 23 years. Matts prices are more than fair and he uses the best parts possible. For those that are loyal to One Stop, Matt and his staff will go out of their way to take care of their customers. For the idiots that go to the local parts store for a free "diagnostic code read" and then come to One Stop and tell Matt which parts to replace, well that is just not how it works. If anybody in Henry, Clayton or DeKalb county want a bunch of dunderhead meth heads working on their or their families car, then dont go to Matts shop. One Stop has the best most expensive diagnostic equipment of any shop in the area. Period!

Stopped in today with the intention of getting an emission inspection as well as getting my AC checked. The owner/manager told me to park my car and leave the keys in it. I am hard of hearing so did not hear what he said. I did what I thought he asked and drove my car to the mouth of the bay. I asked him if this is what he wanted and he became extremely rude to the point of being hostile. He said "No, I dont allow people to drive in my shop!!" His rudeness, and unprofessionalism was completely uncalled for. I immediately took my business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same

My aunt suggested this place to me, and for the first visit it wasnt terrible. However, after coming here yesterday Ill never be back. The person who was behind the counter was extremely rude, belligerent, and nasty. I work in corporate finance, so if I dont know whats exactly wrong with my car I dont see this as a reason to have a piss poor attitude and to be verbally abusive. People just dont understand what customer service is in the South, because in LA an attitude like this would shut your business down in a matter of days.

Matt and his staff are very professional and honest. I have never felt like I was taken advantage of because I am female and am pretty car stupid. I tell them that the car makes a such and such sound when doing this...and they figure it out from there. His prices are very fair and he has always given me an estimate before completing work. His mechanics are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. A friend recommended Matts business to me years ago, and I have recommended him to others in the area.

This establishment is a FAILURE in customer service and treating people with respect. To say that I had a HORRIBLE experience is a total understatement. The manager is one of the most nonprofessional persons Ive had the displeasure to meet. I dont know exactly why I was treated so inappropriately but I received a strong indication and Ill leave it at that. If you want to be treated with human decency, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

It isnt easy to find a car repair shop that is both honest and competent; fortunately, the One Stop Car Care in Ellenwood is both. I have been coming here for years and have come to count on Matt and his guys for sensible, no-nonsense advice and service at a fair price. They have many times solved problems and given that little bit of extra attention to keep me safe and happy. I feel lucky to have them.
