I went there on 11/16/2014 to put on my snow tires. The original tire size was 225/60R-17 and I got new tire size 215/65R-17. Anybody with basic car knowledge should know they are good substitutes given that they have same diameter and minimum width difference and circumference difference. But they insisted that I bought the wrong tire size after 3 hours waiting with the fact I made an appointment days before. I tried to evidence my opinion and the sales representative just said "if you can just find another shop to install" in a polite way only by adding "I would appreciate" in front. What they were trying to do was to sell me their tires with exact size. At last I had my tires installed without single problem at discount tire. I strongly suggest whoever reading this review to use another professional shop if you have tire related issues given the fact those guys dont even have basic knowledge about tire and rim.

Took my vehicle in due to a leak in the steering rack. Was called back later that day with a quote of 750$. Was promised that tires would be rotated at NC. Even stated on receipt the tires were rotated but they werent. They called back the following morning and informed me that since they had to fix the steering I would need a front end alignment at a additional cost of 69$. I guess they "forgot" to inform me of that charge the night before. After arguing with a couple different people and threatening to call the manager they finally agreed to the original estimate of 750$ with the alignment included. I doubt if that was even done. Ill push my car home before I take it back there. Theyre just one of those businesses that are in it for the money. Too bad there isnt a negative star. At last but not least. All of the sudden the drivers side tire where the leak was is now leaking air itself. How strange....

I have gone here in the past and had both positive and negative experiences but the last few times have been nothing but disappointment. They replaced my brakes and sent me down the road with them not installed properly and making noise. When I immediately turned around and went back to have them check it I ended up waiting for over an hour and a half while they tried to figure out what was wrong and worked on other vehicles. They then decided to take it for an extra long test drive just to make sure, while I continued waiting. This coupled with my last experience with them, sending me down the road with a split in the sidewall of my tire that exposed the chords and telling me not to worry about it, has effectively sealed the deal that I will not be going back. I was willing to give them a second chance because they are usually good with their customer service, but safety really should be a priority I believe.

AVOID at all cost! The "mechanics" here are not worth putting air in your tires...Stopped for a quick transmission drain, after an hour waiting, the guy said his "mechanic" couldnt find the drain plug on my Enclave, so I must do a fluid flush. I showed him a photo of the plug, but he refused to aknowledge, still insiting that there is no plug and a flush had to be done. (not to mention that Idont see how you can flush without a plug). You DONT want to do anything here, if a "mechanic" cant find a simple drain plug! Went home, put some durty clothes and changed the fluid myself, for 1/3 of the price quoted. It turned out to be so simple on the Enclave - I had to come and post a negative review so other folks in the area avoid this awful place at all cost.

My parents have been using these guys forever and I dont understand why. They will only try to nickel and dime you to death. All I wanted was to know what the noise coming from my wheel was and they wanted to charge me $15 dollars to do a full car inspection. I told the young lady on the phone that I didnt need my battery, my lights, or my wiper blades checked, just my wheels. She simply said "we look at all our options so we know for sure. Thats the only inspection we have available and it usually takes about an hour." Wrong. You look at everything to see what else you can try to sell me! Ugh! So I will take my business elsewhere :) Can I pay extra for honesty?

Also have dealt with air leaking out of tires purchased at Firestone. Have gone back countless times for repair only to find them losing air 3-4 weeks later. Said wheels were corroaded, also blaming problem on GM wheels, also wanted to sell us new wheels to solve our problem. Went to Discount Tire where their tech. separated tire from wheel, said that the wheels looked "practically brand new" cleaned up all the excess sealant and the valve, said you should have no more problems thank you for bringing your vehicle in and there is no charge today. Point is, our family and friends will not put their trust in Firestone any more.

Took my car in because one of the tires kept going flat and I wanted to get a quote for the loose tie rods. After paying $9.99 for a vehicle inspection, they claimed nothing was wrong with my tire but found a bunch of other things wrong with the car. The tie rod quote was almost $500, which was much higher than any other quote I received and is absurd for tie rod replacement. They seem to add 10% onto every service then try to sell you with "you can save 10% if you open a Firestone credit card". My husband examined the tire (which was complete flat the next day) and found an enormous nail in it.

Very disappointed at the service my daughter got from Firestone when tires were purchased. The tires leaked air for several months and their response was to blame the GM aluminum wheel. They claimed it to be a known issue with GM aluminum wheels. The root cause was that Firestone was adding too much tire bead sealant everytime they tried to stop the leak. They offered to sell my daughter new wheels to stop the leak. Discount Tire showed us what the problem was and fixed it at no cost. Firestone has lost this familys business.

The worst experience I have ever had! If a guy named Cody Anderson is helping me, I suggest you turn around and walk right back out the door, he is very disrespectful and rude. He was constantly making smart comments about the service I was receiving. But that wasnt even the worst part, they broke the center caps to my wheels ($1200 wheels) and tries to play it off like they were broke before I went in there ( when they dont even fit in there now). NEVER will I take my service there or recommend anyone else to go there.

10/10 would recommend to anybody. Definitely know how to communicate a justified reason for vehicle repair recommendations. Felt that anything that was mentioned to me had a properly explained reason as to why it was recommended. I have a lifetime alignment package and would definitely say that is the best bang for your buck, as I frequently get my vehicle aligned. Great technicians as well, Steve is hands down the best automotive technician I have had the pleasure of letting work on my vehicle.
