I have been exclusively with this location for the past 3 years, but as of my last visit, will be taking my business elsewhere. Ive done this for 2 reasons: I believe in loyalty (both ways) and if something goes wrong I always have proof of the last mechanic to open my hood. My honest experience has been one of, accepting that I cant fix the issue myself, so I have no other choice but to pay top dollar to have a "professional" fix it for me. While dealing with this branch, I have had tires rotated, only to find my vehicle is still out of alignment (but who has the time to keep going back and sitting around for 2 hours)...several times I have gone in for a routine oil change for them to "recommend" I need work done to my vehicle, yet every time it is a new/different issue, as if the previous recommendation never existed. But I truly became discouraged when one of their mechanics left a tool under my hood. I was lucky to find it before it got caught in my engine (which could have caused thousands of dollars worth of damage or worse), and the only reason I discovered it was due to my car shutting off after having work done there the prior week. So I had to get towed to get it worked on again. (Which took more time away from my job and life) In closing, I understand we all have to make a living. I write this not to discourage their business but in hopes that the manager reads this, and they strive to improve, and care about EVERY CUSTOMER that walks through their doors and appreciate our doing business with them, understanding that our relationship is supposed to be a mutual benefit. As for my hard earned dollars, I am looking for a shop where I trust the workmanship and have peace of mind EVERY time I drive away from the garage, or else whats the point of paying for the service, right?

2 stars to be nice since this is my first review ever. I wanted to give this branch a shot and purchased lifetime tire rotation, balancing, and synthetic blend oil change. I cleaned my car prior to coming here. I drive a front wheel drive car and after the oil change with rotations, I noticed my front wheels were still dirty from brake dust. Were they even rotated? What direction did these "certified knowledgeable" mechanics use to rotate my tires? If you care for your car as much as I do, dont waste your time and money going to this branch.

Advisors pick and choose the work they do. Eddie lied about having a customer to finish by 7, so he couldnt do an oil change. I got there 15 minutes later and nobody was there. A guy who needed tires walked in before us and now his job was going to take too long to do n oil change. Wont be going back there. Will be cutting up my card too...

I have been to this tires plus numerous times. The staff is very helpful and professional. They communicate very well and the store manager has never tried to sell me service that I didnt need for my car. I think there are very few repair shops with such honesty and this TiresPlus is one of them. Keep up the good work!

This place will rip you off. Hector is useless for customer service. Way overcharge for tires and will not match competitors price. Took advantage of my 80 yo mother. When confronted about it, could care less. Take your business to Kauffman or Discount Tire. Much better prices and service.

Staff is very knowledgeable, but extremely SLOW....every time I go here I end up waiting way longer than I should and getting back to work way later than I anticipated. Scheduling an appointment has proven pointless and as a result, am about to take my business elsewhere.

Service is usually pretty good. I get my oil changed and tires rotated and balanced here on a regular basis. Sometimes wait can be long depending on how busy they are. I would recommend planning to drop off your vehicle.

I see a few negative reviews, but Ive been doing oil changes here for last 2 years and never had any problems or bad service. Also had some major work done on an older car, the price was fair and service good.
