I have used this company many times in the past. They have always done a good job. NO problems with my car and easy in and out. The only problem that I have that lead me to the agreement of never returning was the customer service provided by one of the managers. I had walked in understanding the woman at the front desk was on the phone. Once approached she asked what I needed. Coming in every year as I always do to get my emissions done we proceed with the process. The woman goes on to tell me to pull my car in between the 2 yellow lines. Not understanding if she meant for me to go into a parking spot or into the garage itself I questioned her directions. she then proceeded to tell me with great measures of attitude to, "get in my car turn it on put the car in reverse and pull it into the shop". Flustered with her response and feeling as if she was completely out of line I did so. Later on after getting home I called up the shop wanting to talk to the person above her. She then proceeded to taunt me by asking me "what was it really going to do if I did report this situation". Making it out to be not only as if she did not care for the customer but nor did the owner. This fat statement gave not only her a bad reputation but throwing the owner under the bus as well. Providing me with the information that even if I did bring this up to the owner that he would only laugh at me. Is this situation fair and just? Going on into the conversation she again taunted with the statement of saying "the owner was not going to fire her for she has been working with him for over 6 years". Seems to me that she may be a little too comfortable in her current situation and feels as if a customer feelings are irrelevant.

Right out of the gate, the lady at the front desk asked me to sit down even though there was nobody else there because she "had some things to do first" before setting me up for my emissions testing. Thought that alone was a bit weird but I sat down. Someone else came in, same thing. She made a phone call to a customer and apparently she didnt give them all the info they needed. She started cursing and yelling really loudly, no exaggeration. Any normal person would feel uncomfortable in that situation but I was just pissed off. Id never give a company who treats people so poorly my service, so I walked out. You lost a customer because you need to hire a front desk employee who can do their job correctly.

Would not recommend this shop if you have an older vehicle. Our car had problems with a cold start. We thought it may be fuel related. The car sat for 9 days and never moved from the spot where we parked it. We called several times for a status. The owner asked when we had changed the spark plugs when we called for status. After nine days, we picked up the car. The $75 diagnosis was to buy another car or take it to the dealership. He could have told us that over the phone and we could have saved $75, a lot of time, and aggravation. We put Sta-bil into the gas and have no problems with the car starting.

Ive always had a great experience at this place. Its busy but affordable. Ive had a few oil changes and transmission work done and my car runs great now! Ive never felt cheated or mistreated. There was no tv in their office but that was ok with me, at least I know the cable cost is not transferred to me :)

Very happy with service, customer care and prices. Not only took care of my car problem but went beyond caring and helping me find solutions. Very good prices and we can tell they are honest. Will for sure recommend and this is a place I will return for my car needs.

They just replaced my rotors, new brake pads and wheel alignment and the bill was very low. Really friendly and my husband and I are very, very satisfied. These people are honest.
