Please do NOT go here, even for something as simple as an oil change. I was there just doing my scheduled maintenance a couple months ago, and one of the KIDS they have doing oil changes managed to back my car into one of their lifts. I never posted anything about because I understand mistakes happen, and to their respect, they did fix my car within a timely manner. I havent returned with my vehicle, but my wife needed an oil change and theyre in a convenient spot so she went. Well, not even one day goes by and she is on the side of the road broken down because her oil filter wasnt on properly and all her oil leaked out of her car. I cant keep my mouth shut anymore! Please dont waste your time here, you will end up with more problems than you need.

Have been using Herbert for years and years. Very good service, most of the service people have been there for a fairly long time. Scott the service manager is top notch. The prices are reasonable, I often diagnose my own problems, puchase the parts and just have them install them, as I am getting too old to be crawling around under cars in the driveway. Highly recommended. The owner Kevin is also a stand up guy.

Herberts is great. Scott the manager is very level headed, their charges are very fair, if there are issues, they own up to them, (just one and it was a complex issue so no real fault of theirs) and they fixed it free of charge. They are also a good place to get opinions on used vehicles before you buy them..

Not only are the best, but bmw couldnt find electrical problem. They found it right away! Dont take your vehicals to the dealers go right to Herberts!
