Best to take your car somewhere else. The quality of work has gone down since I first brough my vehicle in 3+ years ago. I took my wifes car in for warranty work, part replacement. My smooth running engine was returned to me sounding like a diesel with parts rattling. No exaggeration. My wife picked up the vehicle, told me the engine did not sound the same. I tried to reason with her. that maybe new parts, it is expected. I was shocked when I finally got home to check the car. I could not believe this shop would return a vehicle to me in this condition, 10 times worse than how they received it. I asked myself what decent mechanic would pull a car into a garage to do work and return the car to the customer in such worse condition. I only brought the car in for a small leak in the water pump. I requested a new pump. Nothing more. When I called to state my new problem, I was advised to bring the vehicle back in. I dropped it off with full confidence that they would fix the car. No chance! The owner called me to argue with me about what was wrong. Apparently, they observed the motor mounts had broken when they took the engine down to fix the water pump the first time. Here is my issue: 1. No decency to call back and tell me the new info. 2. They put the car back together with the broken parts 3. They buttoned up the car, pulled it out of their garage with the engine souding like a drag race car and didnt bother to say anything to my wife when she paid for it and picked it up. 4. The poor customer service when their mechanic called me to argue with me. What decent mechanic shop would do this? The second worst part of all of this is I paid more money for them to fix the engine mounts (my mistake) and I was assured it was fixed. The car feels ruined. I never thought it was just the motor mounts to begin with, and unfortunately Im not as knowledgeable about the internal components. After thousands of dollars spent and several years doing business here, I will not be back. I would advise against any shop that does this kind of work and has the audacity to call the customer and argue with you about fixing your car!? $900 down the drain.

Michael and his staff are extremely professional and are true masters of their craft. I meet with small business owners every day for work and I can see that Michael is one those rare finds these days that still offers superior customer service. while waiting in the lobby I saw several client interactions in which he treated the customer like family and even drove a nice couple a good distance so they wouldnt have to wait at the shop. as a female I trust global auto solutions with my vehicle and drive from Suwanee to do so. highly recommended!

Went there twice first time they said they knew what the problem was and it was not it but for 3 more hundred dollars they could fix it no problem did not learn took it back again and they said it was the thermostat after telling them that was not the problem they persisted it was so after taking it apart and finding no thermostat, so it could not be stuck they took it upon themselfs to replace and charge me instead of just telling me the motor was bad right then. I dont know what people call honest but this place is not

These guys are the REAL DEAL! Over the past year, Ive had three vehicles (Lexus ES 350, Dodge Dakota, Ford Focus) serviced at Global Auto Solutions and they have definitely earned my loyalty for years to come. Its always nerve racking when somethings wrong with your car and you have to attempt to find someone that wont fleece you (especially true with mechanics!) but these guys are great. They are friendly, professional, priced right, and most of all honest and trustworthy--no up-sells here.

Honest people, Ive been coming here for a while with different cars and I have no compliant, Michael always tell me the true regarding anything, I went today for a oil change and brakes pad replacement, he told me my brake pads were good and I didnt need to replace them, other places would replace them and charge you no matter what, no just that, he checked transmission fluid, air pressure, etc, excellent job and professional people. They also speak Spanish ☺

Rip-off. They were my 3rd try to find an honest car repair shop for my 4 vehicles after recently moving to the area. Based on the reviews I gave them a try when my battery went dead. They charged me $45 to tell me my battery needed replacing. I passed 4 other shops that test for free to try them out. When I explained my intent to bring them all my business they did not care. They only wanted their $45. Stay away from them!!

My family and I have been utilizing Michaels shop for years. Weve had a number of vehicles (old and new) serviced and or repaired there. He has went out of his way to ensure that we arent needlessly getting work done on numerous occasions. Find any local dealerships service department that you can say that about...good luck. The one place that Ive found that integrity still matters.

Global Auto Solutions is the best automotive repair shop in in Lawrenceville and possibly even Gwinnett. I have been to multiple automotive shops, but none as good as Global Auto Solutions. These guys really know what they are doing and have great customer service! They take the time to explain things to you as well as give you multiple solutions/options.
