I had a great experience with Richard and the others here just last week. They quoted me a price upfront and stuck to it. I thought my sons car was destined for the junkyard after being quoted $3500 to install a rebuilt transmission and labor. Richard brought the fix down to a more manageable price and the car runs perfect. They also helped me narrow down a wheel bearing issue while test driving it. I recommend this shop as a great shop for transmission work. The dealership I bought the car at and my regular mechanic could not recommend any transmission shops within 45 miles of me, but after finding this shop and my experience, I told them both and they may be making new recommendations now. Thanks for the great service!

I came to AAMCO recommended by a friend. Had a great service from James and Richard. What I thought was a transmission/torque converter issue was actually a misfire. They are absolutely honest and instead of charging me high dollars for unecessary work, did a great diagnostics and then execution of job. V8 Explorers are known for painful replacement of spark plugs, but they took the job without issue and did it on time and on budget. I recommend and will return to AAMCO Cumming every time I need automotive service.

Not only did they fix my cars engine/transmission mounts but they did it sooner then the expected date, topped my transmission fluid and fixed a loosened starter cable that was preventing the car from starting all the time and they did all this on top of the busy schedule they had.
