Very personal and customer friendly family run small business. Brandy and Brian and the whole staff was great and offered personal and knowledgable service. I would recommend to anyone and they do A LOT more than oil changes. Got my alignment done and even though my 9 yr old Pacifica had some rust and couldnt completely come true but it wasnt off enough to justify spending the extra to fix. More honesty is what we need in this service industry that can tends to be on the opposite side and lacking integrity. Also, THE cleanest bathrooms you will ever see associated with an auto mechanic business! Just a small example of the level of detail and awesomeness! Thanks again for being AWESOME!

I have been blessed with these wonderful human beings for almost ten years. Every single time I have an issue with my almost twenty year old truck , (which is not very often - because they help me take care of it) they treat it as if it were brand new. Every single time I deal with them , I am deeply humbled by what they do for days afterword. If you are a City Square resident , consider yourself in the very best of automotive care availability - not only that - you would receive a truthful , heartfelt example of community support through Love and Caring for people. These guys are not only the salt of the earth , they are also the grease that helps it turn.

PDQ will be my go to for any repair work in the future. I have been there twice in the past 6 months and both times I asked for work that they said wasnt needed. I asked for a balance and tire alignment and they balanced the tires, put the car on the machine and the alignment wasnt necessary. Believe it not, they didnt charge me. This past weekend we had a serious vibration we took it in to re-balance. They checked the tires which were ok, then they spent 6 hours looking into the problem and found a bubble in the tire. Again, no charge. These guys are respectful of your time and money. They will be my go to for any work I dont do myself.

Trustworthy, friendly, and decently priced. For me, being trustworthy means the most. Was told I needed brakes and some new parts by another shop in town when I took car in to adjust parking brake. Turns out, the parking brake just needed to be adjusted, which is what David, Jordan, and team did. These guys work on all four of my vehicles when repair is needed. Thank you guys!!

Excellent service, and smart and honest technicians. I brought my SUV in with a flashing check engine light, and they said that the code indicated faulty sensors, but since my oil was due for change according to Fords schedule, to change the oil first and see if that worked. It did, and they saved me $$!

These guys are awesome. Took my truck in for an ac issue. They vacuumed the ac system but the problem went deeper. The truck is a diesel so they were limited with what they could do with it and after working on it for over an hour - they didnt charge me a dime! Other businesses take note and learn...

This place is excellent! Great folks, fast and friendly. They seem so nice and honest. Suggested different things I may need (like air filter, etc). When they service your, everybody communicates and seems to work great together as a team which is reassuring. Hope they stay around for a while.

This is my second time at PDQ & the second time I have had EXCELLENT service. Unlike other places, they let me sit in the car with my sleeping baby while they change my oil. Also, I am in & out under 20 minutes. And last, they have excellent prices. I will only be using them for now on.

Great customer service. I stopped by yesterday after having a flat tire on a newly purchased used Jeep. Jason was extremely helpful, even driving me to and from my vehicle to get the tire repaired. I will recommend to everyone and definitely return when its time to buy new tires!
