SCAM ARTISTS!! I went to this location to get a quote to replace my catalytic converter. When I arrived in this location a couple mechanics were sitting in the lobby going on about an accident that had just happened in front of the store and how no one was stopping to make sure the people in the accident were ok. Meanwhile none of them are that interested in these peoples safety as well. I then ask for a quote and then I am asked why I feel its the catalytic converter and if I just had "some stupid teenage kid at an auto part store diagnose the issues"! That I dont want it to be the catalytic converter that needs to replacing as that costs around $1100! He then tells me that they will have to run some diagnostics to tell me what the problem is. After waiting for an hour or more they finally bring me an estimate out. He tells me that it is not my catalytic converter that needs replacing but the O2 sensors have gone bad and need replacing. The $1000 estimate also included a lot of tune up work that had just been preformed on my car. He asked about my spark plugs and when they had been changed, I told him it had been a couple of months. To which he then stated that the wrong plugs had been put in my car. This is the comment that really told me these guys werent going to work on my car. Knowing the mechanic very well that replaced the spark plugs and knowing his work I knew they were just trying to rip me off. Then he stated that the fuel filter was also in need of replacing. I then asked him if they really took a good look at that because that was replaced at the time of the spark plugs!!! To this his jaw dropped and he tried to back peddle. Since that experience with Meineke I have spoken with several other mechanics that have told me that usually it is only one O2 sensor that usually needs replacing, as well as after having JUST my catalytic converter replaced fixed my problems and I have since passed emissions. So basically they were trying to take me for over $2000 just to end up having to replace my catalytic converter. Im sure you guys saw a younger female coming into your office and thought what a great commission check we can get, but this young female know when she is being taken!!

I When today to get my car aligned and he told me my tie rods are to far out i have to charge u extra to line them up,,,is not my first time doing this and the whole point of the aliment is to get the tie rods in line no matter if they far out ,my car was there for almost 5 hrs he told me at 8:30 is going to be 2 hrs to get it and i end up waiting 1 hr more when i got there to pick the car up and he said oh it just going to be 15 min,,,, i just got my car fix for less money and a job well done and guess what i talk to the mechanic told him the story he was laughing bad he said the alignment is actually getting the tie rods in place.. Now i see Why this place has change owner 3 times in the pas 1.5 year and no wonder why it has 2.5 raring in google..

This is the worst mechanic i have ever been to. Between me and my husband we paid them over $1500 for both our cars but they took their time fixing his car, had his car for over a week and still was not fixed. There was no customer service, there was no urgency in getting his car back to him. We both had to miss work and he missed school because they misdiagnosed his car and even after their mistake they didnt put any urgency fixing his car. They never called him to tell him what was going on with his car, he always had to call them. NEVER AGAIN! Worst customer service experience ever!

They told me I needed a $1300 service to replace my AC compressor and another line. There was no paperwork on the estimate or the initial AC check. When I asked about the problem, he gave me an attitude and became impatient (The shop was empty at the time). I asked him to show me the damage and he pointed at my car in the parking lot and said "Its under the car." I went up the road and it was fixed for $89. Do not go here, there are many honest mechanics nearby. Ugly experience from start to finish.

I was greeted and they got me in right away for a routine alignment. 45 minutes later they tell me that their machine was not working properly and I would not get charged. They did say I was in specification of alignment so I guess thats ok. What I didnt notice when they changed a tire for me that my lug nut cap was missing. They did replace for free, no big deal. As far as courtesy Kevin is wonderful. As far as compitent technitions I would probably choose someone else.

The negative reviews from other people are all true folks. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE. Josh the Asian looking guy that greets you at the counter, has refused to give me a quote, after I told him to stop working, when I realized the money they were charging to replace / repair was way more than an entire exhaust system. If there were negative stars for this reviewing process Id surly a "negative five stars". Do waste you time and money, go esse where.

Fixed my brakes and CV axles. Also did my oil change and tune up. They did an excellent job. The new manager, Rick, is super friendly guy. Very easy to talk to and very patient (thanks on that, Rick). He didnt try to gouge me or pressure me to get work that I did not need. I really appreciate that. I would be happy to bring my car in for the next time I need work done. Had a very unusually good mechanic experience this time.

I have taken several of my cars up there and have always been treated great by the guys working there. It is my understanding that the old management might have been a bit crooked, but the guys Ive worked with have been solid. My estimates were quickly provided, fairly priced and the work was done up to snuff. I now go there to get my service work done, oil changes and to get tires mounted/balanced.

Had a Planet Supersaver coupon for a free oil change with this specific location listed on the card. I have taken my car here for oil changes for the past two years. They wouldnt accept the coupon and said it was under a new owner and he said it "wasnt his deal." So I paid $30 for the planet super saver coupon, and now I cant use it unless I drive 30miinutes to get to next closest location.

I made the mistake of going there and they damaged my o2 sensors by doing shotty work and tried to blame me and make me pay more, I fixed the issue myself for about $2.00, and they wanted to charge an extra $200.00. I wouldnt trust these guys with my car, so much so that I have a warranty for some of the work the did but would rather pay someone else then have them do it for free.
