Went back for the 4th or 5th time to have additional automotive work done and I believe Dennis is an excellent mechanic. Daryl did the work on my truck this time and I like him very much. PROS - 1) They are not dirt cheap nor are they top dollar - I believe they are the middle ground that I seek and a good value for the money. 2) They seem very experienced - like they may have been doing this for 30 years or something. 3) They have been quite good at estimating the time and price for specific work. 4) Have talked me out of items I considered having done, suggested cheap solutions where possible and never tried to upsell anything. 5) The shop is super clean - you could just about eat off the floor which is always a good sign. CONS - 1) The mechanic work seems excellent, the customer service not so much. Dennis is somewhat abrupt and short on the phone - I think this is just his nature. I will say he has taken time with me on the phone, but these guys are all business. 2) Dont expect a call to tell you your vehicle is ready - we never get one. Great customer service is nice - but ultimately all the REALLY important aspects are dead on.

Where should I start!? Most people would start with price...Their prices were incredible and what Dennis quoted was exactly what he charged! But that wasnt the best part! He said it was going to be done in an hour and a half we got there about an hour and 15 min later expecting to wait till it was done and it was already completed!!! I cant tell you how refreshing having a mechanic that cares and has integrity and does the job right the first time! If you are within 50+miles of Clantons this is where you should bring your car, you wont regret it!!

very fair, great work, if they make mistake they stand by it, no extra charge and a little discount. If you want an honest mechanic,who knows, will tell you the truth right up front, not try to sell you something you dont need. This is the place. Dennis might be a little quiet, but when you know him he is straight up forward. a great guy. honesty is his best quality, tells you what you need, and dont need. Great guy! I want a ride in that vette,and challenger!

Wonderful and trustworthy people! I had gone to 8 different places to figure out what was wrong with my car and I couldnt get a definite answer. I finally took it to Clantons and he knew exactly what was wrong with it - even brought me under the car to show me what piece(s) needed to be fixed. An hour and a half and $90 later, I was on my way with a perfectly fixed car. Couldnt have asked for better service and I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Great Service, at the rate I was quoted, with no unnecessary upselling! I used Clantons services today and was very impressed with the clean shop, the friendly staff, and the professional timely service. I had a complete brake job done, in less than 2 hours, and I basically just drove in with no appointment. I will definitely be using Clantons again!

No nonsense mechanic. Honest, good and reasonably priced. Been taking our cars there for years. Trustworthy. He tells you the truth, good or bad. Does not try to sell you something you dont need. Hes a great guy to take a car to if you are considering buying a used car. He will tell you whats wrong with it and if you should buy it or not.

Finding a new and trustworthy mechanic is one of those things you dread when moving. Thank goodness someone recommended Clantons! I would not take my truck anywhere else. His prices are reasonable, and he doesnt try to talk you into doing unncessary repairs. I trust him completely!

Outstanding service..... Not only replaced my water pump in a very timely and on target cost, but found a couple other vital items that needed attention and addressed them. You cannot go wrong by using Clantons as your go to auto repair shop... they are mine now...

Ive been bringing my vehicles here for years. Excellent prices and excellent service. They dont recommend things you do not need. If you live in the area and are looking for an honest reliable mechanic you will not be disappointed.
