About 18 months ago they messed up my car bad and could have killed us. I bought tires and had them work on my breaks and they didnt lighten the lug nuts on one of my tires. This caused me to have my car towed to Lexington so the BMW mechanic could replace the wheel. $600 repair. Found out later the tires they sold me were out of production for like, four years. Two of them had the walls give out within 3 months. The guy behind the counter denied that any of his mechanics would do this (even though I brought the car back 2 days later) and didnt check to see if my car was OK!

Be sure that you get your quote in writing, otherwise they will inform you that the price on the invoice matches the price given over the phone. I had asked for an "out the door, on the road" price and they provided what I understood to be a bottom line cost. May not be a huge difference for most but $26 more than expected is a big deal. I could have stayed local to London and even saved a couple bucks. Proceed with caution.

Great service. I have put 40k on a set of goodyear assurance fuel max that are very quiet and show no wear. Free rotations too. Nice customer service that will work on finding you a set in your price range. First come-first serve so it is better to get there early. The local parts houses will deliver to them and save you tracking down parts.

Good service, Good price ....you will have a longer wait if they have to order parts from local dealers (wait for part to arrive then wait for part to be installed) If you can have your vehicle dropped off thats the way to go.
