Ive had mixed results with this location. Ive used them multiple times and the prices arent the cheapest which Im ok with so long as I get good service. One repair only lasted about 4 months before they had to repair it again under warranty, which they did with no problem. I had another expensive repair done and either it wasnt done right or the part was defective. I took it back and told them the drivers side wheel bearing was making a noise. They swapped out the bearing under warranty no problem and said it was still making the noise and its probably the transmission bearing making the noise. For weeks I thought I would have to replace the transmission, and even had a mechanic lined up do to the work because I was going to buy a transmission myself and get it done with a mechanic I know who I told the bearing was swapped out so that wasnt the problem. Thankfully I took it to AAMCO who in 20 minutes did a diagnostic and said there was no doubt it was the drivers side wheel bearing with the issue. I came to find out then that they actually swapped out the passenger side wheel bearing. When I confronted them I got an attitude that I said "whatever side was swapped out was the one you said had the problem and it was my fault". Firstly, I did say it was the drivers side. Secondly even if I said it was the passenger side, the original repair they swapped out both and since Im not the mechanic, its their responsibility to do the diagnostic to see which one the problem is coming from. Instead they told me "I think its the transmission bearing with the problem". At this point which was a few weeks later the repair was no longer under warranty. Now when I first brought it in, as the mechanic at AAMCO found out quickly it was the driver side bearing with the problem. So why couldnt they have simply done the same thing and deduced that in the first place, as they should have, even if I DID tell them it was the passenger side? They are the ones responsible for diagnosing the issue not me. From their diagnosis I almost bought a whole new transmission and went weeks thinking about if I should repair the car or get it replaced. Thankfully I did my due diligence and brought it to get another opinion. The only reason Im not giving a lower score is because they did end up, after even saying it was my fault they made the incorrect repair, they did replace it under warranty - which did fix the issue. My trust on their diagnostics is nil but they did make up for it somewhat. It seems like they were just lazy and swapped it out before a diagnostic on the warranty repair originally. A 10 minute diagnostic would have prevented the whole situation.

I visited Meineke for a quick assessment on an issue Im having with my new/used vehicle. Jim and Cindy were genuinely interested in my request and went the extra mile to try and find out what was going on with my van. They even gave me some advice on my a/c and changed my filter just becaue it needed it so badly-no charge! Needless to say, their customer service convinced me to visit them again. I would recommend you try them out.

Dropped off my car for an oil change and came back a few hours later to pick it up. Got ripped off. $82 oil change are you kidding me???? Had this car for 3 years and never paid more than $69 for one. Yeah my car takes fully synthetic but there is no reason to charge way more than competitors. Guess I should have asked up front and gone somewhere else but I read great reviews about it and didnt think twice about it.

Mechanics and honesty dont really go well together. These guys on the other hand are ridiculously honest. Ive gone there expecting a crazy bill sometime, when I ask they say "why would we charge for something if you dont need it " the owner has even said to me "I have a higher authority to answer to" and he pointed up. Cindy & Jim handled my brake problem with a no nonsense approach by giving me a complete assessment before doing any work . Jim also saved me alot of money with discounts , and only doing what was needed !!! Hard to find Good, Honest service these days . I wont hesitate to tell a friend about this Mieneke !!! I had to visit this shop on a urgent requirement and was very happy with the service. The staff was very friendly and the job was done perfectly and quickly to fulfill my requirement. I got an uneasy feeling when talking with the owner over needed repairs and pricing. The employees all seemed like the didnt want to be there (which says something about the shop and owners. Could not use toilet due to urine all over it. Needless to say, "I LEFT"

I had a coupon for a $19.95 oil change on my old Honda. The shop was not busy they refuse to accept it. I have been going there for years then they close down and then reopened under a new owner. Very poor management and a very bad experience.
