AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A PLAGUE….. AVOID taking your car to this place for any repairs and risk losing your hard earned money. People here lack basic business sense, honesty, integrity and are VERY RUDE in talking to a customer……… I took my 09 Honda to this place for emission testing. It came out clean on their computer test system but failed for fuel cap inspection (which I felt very suspicious at that time). The associate asked me to come back next morning with a new fuel cap installed. I bought a new fuel cap and went to this place next morning around 8 am to retest but the employee told me that emission testing associate will not show up to work till 9 am (online website info indicates this shop opens at 8 am…). I arrived the next day afternoon and now they say that the emission machine is broken and that it will take few days to fix it. This was my third visit to this place and I asked for refund as I needed to renew my tag in next few days. The associate then told me that they will refund my money if my car passes emission test at any other facility. I came back to this place with my car emission pass result and now the associate calls his owner on phone who speaks VERY RUDELY and refuses to refund my money. Further, the associate who promised me the refund spoke very rudely and in a threatening manner. SCAM SCAM- my original Honda fuel cap passed emission testing at other facility which makes me think that these scums scammed me. Too bad you lose my business and also from my entire neighborhood which is where you are located…..

I just posted photos of the conversation I had with a guy there named Kevin. I was trying to purchase a 2010 Prius and things came up to where I couldnt purchase the car and I also felt uncomfortable to. I didnt like that he couldnt give me a qoute on the monthly payments of the car without me having to fill out an application, then while in the process of filling one out online, I didnt want to give out the addresses of my personal references, so I didnt complete the application. At first Kevin seemed nice and willing to work with me, but once I started to notice some red flags and things I was uncomfortable with, I decided it was best to look for a car closer to my location. He never received my application because I never filled it out, so he didnt have my information. Once I told him (very politely) I was no longer interested in the car, he became rude and unprofessional and lied saying "good luck finding a car, I worked on you and you barely started working" and more nonsense when he never even received my information! The texts are posted as proof to see. The guy is rude and sketchy. If youre thinking about buying a car here, dont. Who knows what mess I could of gotten into if I actually gave out my information to them?! Especially being a first time buyer, buyers beware!

Over-tightening oil filters is an old mechanics trick to ensure repeat customers by making sure you cant change the filter yourself. Im pretty use to it, but Ive never seen a shop take it so far. After hours struggling to get the thing off, they had tightened it so much the threads were crushed and it took me nearly as long to get the thing on without cross-threading it. Well these f*****s plan to get repeat business isnt going to work, Im never having any work done here again. This shops as crooked as a two legged dog.

I brought my car in to get my frint brakes fixed. They replaced the pads and roaters. They said the back brakes were fine. HOWEVER, i have had to bring my car back TWICE because the brakes are still squeeking and grinding. I am up here again for the same problem. I will never come here again for anything! Wish I would have seen these reviews before I came. Also, they have a sign saying brake special $98, BUT what they dont tell you is that pricecis for select vehicles.....and of course mine wasnt one of them. Smh

This is the third time Ive tried to do business with them. I come in for an emissions but the guy is out to "lunch". Dont you think you should have someone at all times seeing everybody goes out to get emissions during their lunch hour? I went to go get an oil change once and the guy was gone then too. Im beginning to wonder what the heck the guy behind the counter does besides turn down business? That was my last attempt to do business here. Good day!

Stay away from this worst place.. most rudest owner we ever came across....i only gave this one star because otherwise i am not able to write review... I guess he better close this business since he just dont have business sense.. quality service is not in their database...so if you are one who likes to get somecreturn on your bucks... stay away from this place..
