Well where do I start. The good the bad and the ugly! Im from out of state. (1st clue) starter died across the street from them so I NEEDED assistance. (Clue 2) anyway...The good. The ONLY reason they got 2 stars was that they were able to help me in a timely manner. The bad. They must think I was either born yesterday and saw me coming or they think they are the gods of automotive repair! $462 to change out a starter!!!??? Holy crap!!!!! I checked repair pal dot com which gives you national averages of car repairs. The range for my repair was $236 for a mom & pop type place to $406 oh for say a dealership in Beverly Hills. Ave is somewhere in between. Labor average is $105 to $134 theirs was $241.25!!!!!!!!! The gods of labor!!!!!!!! Really? They werent even in the ball park! This was not surgery! For that they should wear white gowns and surgical masks! And have an insurance plan! Over double the high end of the national ave? 3 bolts and a wire. Maybe a little more getting to it but there are guidelines for what should be charged and they are obviously rewriting the book! These are not guesses folks, these are national averages from a reputable site! The ugly. They not only were not willing to work with me but tried to justify these outrageous costs! When I asked the what the core value was on a $200 starter they wanted to charge ME an additional $30 To get my bad starter back! So this was essentially a $500 starter repair!!!!!!! R u kidding me? Well I feel I got screwed. You decide. If this saves one person from an overpriced repair then Im getting at least SOME OF my $500 worth out of this STUPID repair! Guys if you want good reviews and NOT to lose additional revenue from them then You need to treat your customers with a little more respect. Some of us were not born yesterday. Gees!

Simply put, avoid this shop! Took 2 1/2 hours of labor at $100/hour to tell me theres a loose connection (fuse) in the fuse box. They wanted $700 MORE for a fuse box. I ordered one on eBay for $50, but thinking the tech knew what he was talking about, I thought the fuse box was a sealed unit. Wrong! I, or the technician, could have easily bent a pin. I literally jiggled the fuse and have had A/C ever since, and the part came in. Like I said, Ive now spent another $50 on a part I didnt need, when I could have bent a pin over. Please heed this warning! I should have learned from the last time I went, where the shop banged up my door on the lift (I got 90% buffed out), and charged me $200 to run "30 feet" of wire they said looked like it was chewed up by a squirrel. Wrong. They put a pigtail in, that was it! They probably are responsible for the loose fuse, since I didnt run the air since the last time they serviced vehicle. Avoid Cesar like the plague. Completely incompetent! Youve been warned!

I wish there was an option for zero stars! I went in yesterday for a simple oil change only and left feeling confident when the guy tells me to keep doing what Im doing with my car because its awesome and will last forever. But today on my way home I notice my car sounds funny right before it dies in the middle of the road. Thank God I was in my neighborhood because I cant imagine being in the fast lane on 400 when it died, which is where I just came from. I managed to pull over and turn my car off for a moment. It then restarted and made it the final two miles home. I call my husband asking what could possibly be the issue. Hes unsure since I only got an oil change and nothing should be wrong. By the time he gets home theres oil leaked all over the driveway and barely any left in my car. Upon further inspection, the oils filter wasnt properly put on. Heres to hoping theres no further damage done to my car. Tow truck is on the way to pick my car up to fix an oil change done by a kid with NO experience.

We had a professional mechanic replace the ABS system on our 2002 Tahoe. Unfortunately with our ABS system, it has to be activated by a scanner, that our mechanic did not have. We went specifically to have the ABS system scanned to activate the ABS module (electronically bleed). My Husband explained to the owner/manager that we had the ABS system replaced by a mechanic and my Husband had replaced all brake lines/calipers/brakes (except for right rear caliper) and master cylinder with brand new parts and that we just needed the ABS scanner procedure. They proceeded to take off all four wheels, which was unnecessary and argued and yelled with my husband that he did not replace any parts that the calipers were old and so was the ABS module. They told him that he needed to take the parts back to the junkyard where he got them.! My husband had to explain to them again that we just needed the system scanned. Finally they scanned the ABS system...Very, very rude people...Very disappointed

I went there because my windshield wiper was not working ask the guy if he could take a look to see if we blown a fuse since I couldnt locate the fuse box for the windshield wiper he told me $99 to look at it and that includes to fix it we will just pay for the part if it needed a new part I told him no. I have a friend in Gwinnett county who I took it to to see whats wrong and I was right the A25 fuse was blowed out he show me where it was and it cost me $10 to fix it so I took the fuse back out and put the broken one back in and took it back to this place and got them to look at it. Heres what I was told I needed a new motor can you believe that. I pay the $99 for them to look at it and told them its ok I didnt wanted to do it I know the issue and just wanted to see if I could trust them or not and now I know I cant. Its a shame how people have to lie to make money.

Please do NOT go here, even for something as simple as an oil change. I was there just doing my scheduled maintenance a couple months ago, and one of the KIDS they have doing oil changes managed to back my car into one of their lifts. I never posted anything about because I understand mistakes happen, and to their respect, they did fix my car within a timely manner. I havent returned with my vehicle, but my wife needed an oil change and theyre in a convenient spot so she went. Well, not even one day goes by and she is on the side of the road broken down because her oil filter wasnt on properly and all her oil leaked out of her car. I cant keep my mouth shut anymore! Please dont waste your time here, you will end up with more problems than you need.

Took my Honda Element to them because it over heated. They called me and said the radiator blew. No problem. They said it will be ready mid morning the next day and the repair would cost about $309.00. I called in the next day to get the status. At that point they tell me its not ready yet and there are more repairs that need to be done because the fan blew too. They didnt give me any idea that the repair would triple in cost. They called me later that day and told me our car was ready and the total is $909.00. They did a terrible job managing my expectations. I was floored at the cost because they told me a much lower number first then charge me a higher price in the end. We will not be using them again.
