We had the windshield in our 2008 Honda Odyssey replaced here about a year ago. The replacement made noise and started leaking in January/February. They took it apart to fix it and apparently the installer accidentally broke the windshield. A new windshield had to be ordered. The new windshield was put in and it is now April and there is a very distinctive air and whistling sound coming from the I brought the car to the shop today and they wanted me to take it for a drive with one of the managers to hear the sound. I did this and he agreed it made a sound it shouldnt be making. He then asked me to wait while he took the glass installer for a ride. After about 15 minutes he came back and wanted to take me for a ride. The whistling sound still happened and he made it sound like they found something that made it better. He was very vague about what they did. It is not better. He seemed to have no interest in actually fixing the problem. Said that it only happened between 40-45 MPH, but this is also not true. Tried to blame the after market wipers as part of the problem, but I have had those for years and it never caused this noise. When he put the wipers back on and brought the car around for me to drive, the radio was on and I had left it off. I guess maybe they think that is the solution. Just turn the radio louder. I am very disappointed in their service. I realize this is not a high budget car or a high budget repair, but there is no reason that a replacement windshield should not be as good as new. They are either using inferior parts or their glass guy is not doing quality work. I am worried now that the water leak we previously had caused some type of problem with rust and that now the windshield does not sit right.

A nice and honest lady hit my car 2017 Honda sport by accident while I was shopping in Aldi store. Took it in for repair through her State farm insurance at Henrick Honda Collision Center in Gwinnett. Set up an appointment with Clint. I saw him standing behind the service desk, he left once I mentioned his name. People that came after me had all taken care of promptly & I was the last one left waiting, didnt understand that. The nice counter lady had to go hunt for Clint twice, we were kind enough to wait even though we were not happy. Anyway, I was told he will call me to give a quote before the repair was done but instead he called to say my car was ready. The insurance told me that they can only do the repair once I gave them the okay, well that didnt turn out like that, but its okay because I got my car back & I was happy that they did a good job on the exterior repairs. But I was not happy when I got home and looked inside my car, my seat, my truck & my right side passenger door was left with some kind of white resides, water drops, dust all over. I tried to wipped it off but it would not, its still there on my car. Tom the collision manager called me & wanted to restore my faith in them by doing a detail on my car at no charge. I was happy that he wanted to make it right for me & he told me to give him a call when Im ready to take my car in. Well, I called him several times & left him a message. Its been two weeks now and got no respond back. I got lied to twice now, its unprofessional and sloppy. So, before you leave the lot, make sure you check the exterior and the interior of your car because you never know what you going to find after! I am not impress with their professionalism!

My car took a hit in a T-bone collision. I brought my car to Hendrick Collision Center at Gwinnett Place Honda because I trusted the collision center at a Honda dealership would fix my car back to factory condition. Hendrick Collision Center inspected my car and submitted the repair estimate to the at-fault insurance. They told me the car would be ready in several weeks. Fast forward several weeks later, they informed me the car is now ready. When I picked up the car, I inspected on a high-level, nothing too meticulous. It looked great. Drove home the car and the next day I found out the clear coat on the paint was not buffed out. The paint surface was somewhat rough to touch. I brought the car back to Hendrick Collision Center and they fixed it on the same day. Great, or so I thought. In the late afternoon, I picked up the car when the service advisor had already left for the day. I found the paint surface was worse than before. At this point, I gave up. I didnt contact the service advisor ever again because I knew it would be just a waste of time. Instead, I bought Meguiars Ultimate Compound and applied it to the random orbital polisher. I polished the "rough" paint surface (its actually clear coat surface) for several minutes and it is now shiny. Conclusion is Hendricks Collision Center fails short of my expectations when it comes down to little details. They missed to buffed out the obvious paint surface and when attempting 2nd fix, they made it even worse. My advice is to spend a good 15-30 minutes inspecting your car and surrounding areas that got fixed under bright sunlight to notice imperfections.

My experience at Hendrick Collision in Duluth was everything I thought it would be. I was concerned with the quality of repairs being done to my vehicle (Brand new, 3 Months Old) but Hendrick Collision met my expectation and exceeded them. My particular case was handled by Matt Paolini who was very professional and straight forward during the repair process. He was prompt with replies to phone calls and emails. He genuinely seemed concerned with any thoughts and concerns I had during the process. He is truly a gem find for this collision center. Hes not the only individual who gives great customer service. From the repair technicians to the customer service agents who greet you once you walk in the door, they are all truly customer focused and dedicated to addressing customer concerns. I have been in accidents before unfortunately, but this location and repair shop has by far given me one of the best experiences in this type of process. The repair quality is high and is comparable to the original manufacturer. The level and expertise to attention to detail is of quality and high concern for their customers. Thanks again Hendrick Collision Center for bringing my vehicle back to life to its original glory!

Update: I just talked with the manager of the agent who treated me unprofessionally. And he is threatening me with daily storage fees for stating facts on my review. I guess being unprofessional is part of the culture in the shop. My car was rear-ended by an irresponsible driver, so I had my vehicle towed to the collision center by my insurer. When I called to explain my observations of what is wrong with the vehicle after the incident, the guy assigned to take care of my vehicle was very unprofessional and started telling me how the repair will only be focused on the body work only. WITHOUT even waiting to inspect the vehicle and check or verify my observation, him and the insurance adjusters have already come to an agreement in my back of what they want or do not want to fix. I am currently dealing with my insurer for that. Do not take your car there if you want your vehicle to be objectively and thoroughly assessed for damages. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I took my vehicle to another shop.
