I always, have some type of issue, with this office. When I call, the people answering are so rude! If you dont like your job, get a new one! Its really that simple. My packages are always open. I have ordered glass items, and because they just throw it on the porch, they get broke. Then I get told theyre not responsible. Just got a package today and it was open. I dont mean like accidentally open. Someone actually open my damn mail. Its really getting ridiculous. Had to put a star or it wouldnt let me post. Doesnt even deserve that one star!!!!

Claudette is the only person who knows what shes doing here, but I rarely see her. Its very unfortunate. The rest are rude and have little knowledge about standards and regulations. They stand around clueless consulting each other about simple questions while lines build up full of people who have other things to do with their time than stand around waiting for incompetent workers to figure out whether they care about our military or not.
