Excellent. Efficient, clean, helpful. I ship multiple packages from this location weekly for our familys home woodworking business. Even in the busy holiday season the staff is professional and competent - more gracious and patient with customers than they probably feel like being. Thank you to USPS Staff at this location for running a top-notch operation.

Horrible. Got a note today with this address and told to pick up packages there. Drove 40 minutes round trip to pick up... NOTHING. Because, apparently, the packages are at a different location that is another 20 minutes away. Joal said they were picked up and taken from this location to another. Give me a break. This is not professional or good business.

This is my regular location. The Staff is consistently super pleasant, friendly and helpful (unlike the location on Wendover Rd which specializes in rude and nasty). McMullen Creek location is always VERY clean and well stocked. Geraldine took care of me today and, just like her colleagues, was warm and courteous.Thank you.

Our entire neighborhood of 120 homes is "swapping mail" with each other, daily. Our New postal carrier cant read, I suppose. Weve all been missing mail and packages since around Christmas. Olde Heritage sub-division. 28270

Waited in line for 20 minutes to hear the 2 employees disrespect each other. Get to lady and all I needed was a tiny strip of tape. She denied me, said I needed to pay priority or buy $4 tape? That is so disappointing

Its been months now and our mail is usually delivered to another address. Also, every day I have to put mail back out into my box that belongs to someone else. Carrier has her head up her butt. 28270
