The ladies work there are absolutely horrible. I have seen so many customers walking out of the place because of their horrible attitude. There is this old big white woman who was extremely rude to me that I could not forget about the experience. I think they should place a box where they can hear customer experience. Please do that cuz this place has the worst employees in the world that I always go to another USPS that is way far from my house just to not to deal with the employees in this particular location.

Robin at the Barnard US Post Office was so helpful yesterday. I was trying to decide to use the flat rate or the priority boxes. She saw me standing there and the look on my face and came over and explained the difference between the two, then looked at what I was shipping and selected the most inexpensive way. Then she taped everything up for me, got me labels and I was done. Great customer service and I didnt even have to ask. Thank you!

I sent a package international, they did not know what they were doing. They sent the package to my address in Savannah, instead of sending it International. If you want your package to arrive late, than go here and let these untrained postal workers handle your mail. I paid $107 just for them to screw it all up. Do NOT waste your time with these ignorant unprofessional people and just go to the USPS on Eisenhower instead.

Opened late, walked in as soon as she unlocked the door and the 4 employees who had been there staring at me as I stood outside waiting had disappeared and the women who opened the door for me had to waddle into the back and make someone come out front and help me. Not the most pleasant person either despite that they were all smiles and giggles before the office opened.

In general, it seems that the U.S. Postal Service "Marches to a different beat.", a beat that has long since gone out of style. A once held belief of job security and a desire to keep the status quo has created a mentality that may very well be the downfall of the Postal Service.

Your outdoor drop boxes are in a turning lane for other traffic. And I could only drop mail if I have a passenger in the car or cause an obstruction in the road. Whoever designed this should be drug to the street and shot. MORON

Called to ask about a package I was confused on if it had arrived or not. Have the phone picked up by a woman with a horrible attitude. Extremely short and hung up as soon as she answered the question.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Natalie was the last who helped me this am. She was so rude and ride to the lady in front of me. Enjoy your job or go get a new one. Yuck
