I wanted to make sure my package had arrived before taking my gas guzzler up there. They put me on hold for 15 minutes instead of answering my 5 minute question. I called back and finally got help. I know how customer service works Ive got 3 years in it. They wanted to keep me on hold until closing. Because I was on hold for so long I was 3 minutes late and they told me they were closed and to come back tomorrow. I missed my flight home. Cost me a lot of time and money. Horrible service, horrible work ethic.

Helpful employees, and the line usually goes quick. Ive seen them step up and open another register if the line gets long. I dont often see other post offices do that! Once, I was in the middle of a line and an employee noticed my paid shipping label. He said hed go ahead and take it because all I needed was a receipt. I didnt need to keep waiting. Thats smart service.

I have a package that was supposed to be delivered today, the mail women did not try to deliver just put an orange slip in the mailbox to go pick it up on Monday... Im very displeased with this action. We were at home waiting for the package watched her stop and then leave without trying to get anyone home to sign for it....

Very Friendly staff but seem to be understaffed, and it takes VERY long to speak to someone on the phone (I have been on hold for 1 hour and 13 minutes one time and eventually hung up, another time on hold for 45 minutes). Every time I have had to go in, I got taken care of within 30 minutes though, so that helps.

They are usually pretty good with customer service when you are there but only in person, they dont really answer calls. To be fair now n days you hardly need to be there , most things are prepaid and are able to be dropped off. They also have surveys now at the bottom of receipts so you can give more feedback

Very friendly. One day I was mailing a book and forgot my debit card and the nice mail lady paid my three dollar and change charge. She definitely did not have to do that, of course, I went back later that day to repay her. Always have to wait in line but such is life.

I have only lived in the area a year but they are extremely helpful and very kind people. Dealing with as much as they do on the holidays right now, I dont even dead going to the post office like I normally would anywhere else. Great place with fast service.
