Just want to say Thank You.... my husband and I filled our forwarding form incorrectly, that said a package I had been waiting for was caught up in a forwarding nightmare, bouncing back and forth between our homes. Thanks to the combined efforts of the two Post Offices the nightmare is over. You guys were very courteous and understanding, kept us informed and wetruly appreciate your hard work. Thanks again for going above and beyond.

I recently relocated and had sent a package to an older address. I had set up a forwarding address. I contacted the CB post office to see if they could locate the packages and make sure they were being forwarded as they were pricey. They were kind enough to physically go into the back and look through the bins to put me at ease and make sure they were being forwarded to the proper address. Top notch customer service.

The 1 star Not having to do with service. Im talking after hours. Please, nobody invest on living anywhere near this place if you like to sleep between the hours of 1am-5am. Earplugs dont do the trick at all. Extremely unrealistically unbelievably loud. Every night i dread being kept up all night with the loud trucks and unloading and constant honking.
