Worst post office ever. I have lived at my address now for the last 10 months. Previous to moving i out in a mail forwarding address. Half of the letters sent from my familys holiday/Christmas cards were delivered back to them with a series of reasons, vacant address, undelivered, etc. I live in an apartment development so I understand there are a few boxes to put things into. I would receive all of the junk mail they would advertise weekly sales coupons etc, however, the important mail my deceased grandmothers will, my title for my car, auto parts, checkbooks, college diplomas, all returned because no one lives at my address. Dont both making a complaint you will just hear the generic answer That route was just taken over by a new person. How is it that one week i get my mail and the next I dont? What is telling this same delivery man, that i see everyday, that now the apartment is vacant? His laziness! Just get a UPS PO box. Then you wont have them ever handling your mail again.

Absolutely worst post office EVER. I have lived in a lot of different areas with a lot of different post offices. Post offices are a lot like the DMV, most of the employees are rude and not really happy about being there. This place is worse, the employees that is. I have been waiting for a very important package that was guaranteed today. I stayed home, listing for the door since the mail hadnt come yet. After 2 hours, I went to check the mail and instead of coming to the door for a signature, the delivery guy just put the "you werent home" notice in the box. There were 3 people cars in the drive, clearly we were home. THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. Now, I have to get up early on a Saturday to go get it because one employee was too lazy to walk the 10 yards from the truck to the door to give me a package.

Irresponsible. I was supposed to receive a package from Tampa on the 5th and when I go to see why I hadnt received it, I learned that they had labeled it as "Undeliverable" even though the address was correct. When I confronted them and asked to see the supervisor, they refused saying that he/she was busy and that the package was resent to Tampa. And when I go a second time, (Because my relative in Tampa had not received anything) they couldnt even tell me where my package was! Put simply, these people do NOT care about your mail. Worst service ever. If you can, send your mail to another post office because these people obviously dont give a damn. (Btw, Im still waiting on my package :|)

Ive interacted with this post office multiple times, and each time, I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful each employee tried to be. Even if they couldnt get the answer or perform the task, they still tried. Just got off the phone with this location about a "Notice Left" status on a package where I didnt get a notice. The employee did not see a package at their location, but took my name and number and is researching the matter now and will call me back. This may be the normal process, but so many times before, this hasnt happened for me, so it feels like this is an above and beyond service. Really appreciate your efforts.

Terrible customer service.. Just throw the whole staff away and bring professionals in because the white guy and the black woman with a boy haircut is rude as hell.. Never smiles, they always have am attitude... And to top it off, NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! I called 30 times In 1 day then finally went there on my lunch break only to see 1 person in line...go to homestead.. Theyre better just always crowded and now I see why!

Its usually far less busy here at this post office than the one downtown. Usually the line is less than 5 people and the employees are pretty friendly. I mail out a lot of products every single week and theyve been quite helpful to me even though they didnt have to be.

Missing mail they deliver one day at noon the next at five an the next they dont show up at all. I live in an rv park when I dont get mail neither do 100 other people. Worst post office in the country.

This is the worst looking Post Office. Weeds everywhere, overgrown grass, trash all over the inside is always filthy. The employees attitude is horrendous. This place is disgraceful.
