Horrible post office. Workers are slow, lines are huge. I was expecting a parcel from France to be delivered today. I have all pertaining tracking information so I knew the item had arrived and it was being delivered today. Since 8:00 a.m Ive been waiting on a bench by my front door for the mailman to deliver the parcel while checking online to see the whereabouts of it. Then all of a sudden their web page gets updated saying they had attempted to deliver the parcel and there was no one at my house to sign it. REALLY? The mailman never came to my door, and limit himself to place a note in my mailbox to pick up the item on Monday! Now, I needed this item for a presentation Im doing on Sunday, but thanks to the inept individual, too lazy to get out of his mail truck to knock on my door and deliver the parcel, I wont have the item with me. Theres something very wrong with this Post Office and the workers there. They all know they have federal jobs, and wont get fired no matter what they do. Gotta love the government ! GRRRRR!

Damn!!! I never write reviews..but for this place..without a doubt. When you stop receiving your mail for no apparent reason, then you know there is a big problem. I hope that leadership is reading this. Funny how Ive been told by them that their salaries are generated by revenue but are quick to pull the "we are government employees" the minute you mention taking up the complaints to higher levels. Obviously I am not the only one complaining about this horrible branch. Oh and btw, the medical violations being sent to my mailbox due to incompetent mail carriers who keep sending me medical information from other people is opening doors for a lawsuit. But the again...."we are government employees" at our convenience.

Unbelievable 2nd time I come to this post office within a week in a half to follow up with my package. Both times including today 8/18/16 4:30pm not once have I gotten a clear answer to where my package is when I was suppose to have received it 1week ago... The clerk wrote down the supervisors phone number and told me to call him???? REALLY???? What kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE is that???? Employees are not helpful and have a run around for everything!!! I was waiting in line 30 MINTUES TO GET HELP TO THEN GET A ANSWER TO CALL THE SUPERVISOR TOMORROW???? Where is the supervisor to support her employees and expidite issues and Costumers waiting in line???? This is horrible and the worst post office by far!!!!

Worst Post Office Ever. I Called My Auntie And She Told Me That My Mail Was Sent Back To Her. I Supposed to Receive It Today. I Checked My Mail And There is No Mail In My Mailbox. And They Delay The Mail Or Package To Be Sent To Another State And they Returned The Mail To My Auntie. I Live In Albuquerque New Mexico. And I Told My Auntie If She Talked To The Post Office Manager. To Report The Man That He Is Doing A Horrible Job. The Manager Is Rude To My Auntie. The Manager Ignores The Customer. And Post Office Workers Loses Peoples Mail Or Package. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE. YOUR MAIL OR PACKAGE WILL BE LOST EVEN WHEN YOU RECEIVE A PACKAGE THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THEY DONT HAVE IT.

This is the worst place ever!! Im 9 months pregnant I stand in line to pick up mail and after standing for 25 minutes the lady who finally attends me because its my turn makes me do another line thats "pick up mail" line. Despite a sign on the pick up mail door that says to make the regular line. These people are just horrible. I understand they hate their jobs and probably their lives but why be such assholes how hard is it to treat others with some respect and ethics. Jesus Christ do they not have any customer service expectations for themselves when they have to go places! The managers are the worse too!! They avoid being seen

Management is nonexistent. Never any flat rate boxes available, no forms needed for shipping availabe, the automated machine is almost always broken and cannot print postage. The staff is dreadful, rude and worthless. I cannot beleive the government pays these fools to work there. There is no manager name assigned probably because she or he is ashamed and always called out for thier incompetence. This place should be bulldozedand forgotten about. Its a waste of time and its the reason why the USPS is going down the tubes because of places and people like this. Fire everyone and turn it into a FedEx!

slowest place and lousiest place ever, they were supposed to deliver my mail on the 16th it said it was out for delivery they passed my house 6 times dropping off a package at my neighbors house i waited until 8 pm it had been out for delivery since 10 am i then proceeded to wake up the next day and they dropped off two packages, both of these packages were not what i was waiting for they were ordered later. Now they wont even update my tracking i have no doubt in my mind theyre either going to make me go pick it up or theyre not gonna deliver it at all. Terrible customer service as well.

A package couldnt be delivered (not sure why, the slip said it didnt require a signature - but they chose not to leave it). I went online and requested a redelivery on a day I would be home. That day came and went, no delivery attempt at all. I scheduled ANOTHER redelivery on a different day and AGAIN they ignored it and made no effort to deliver the package. I finally went down there on my day off and was told they couldnt find the package, they didnt know where it was and maybe it was returned to the sender. How can they not know? This place has incompetence written all over it...

Worst USPS ever. All employees who works in there are disgusting, they never want to help you. They always have a bad attitude and if you want to solve or ask for something they never know anything! Or worst! if you want to speak with the manager they tell you talk with who ever you want and they tell you do the line and wait plus 20 mins to speak with this manager...ridiculous they don't have any customer service skills. If you need to go to place think twice or simply avoid it

Dont do it! Dont go. Find a new post office. I would give it a negative 4 star rating if I could. This post office is drowning in incompetence. My package was lost because the driver simply decided to not finish his route and do another one. Which is where he dropped my package. Somewhere in another zip code. I called the post office and a man named Eddie attempted to help me but when he couldnt figure out what to do he simply hung up on me. After that no one would answer the phone.

I put up a really nice black expensive mailbox and the driver took a white sharpie and wrote the numbers of my house on my mailbox. I don’t see the reason for that it looks like graffiti and i clearly have the same numbers on the wall behind the mailbox! to make matters worth I live on a corner house that if they new how to find an address corner houses on intersections usually end with an 01 or 99 if the house if facing south or a 00 or 90 if the house is facing north!
