Once again package is marked delivered by incompetent mail worker that refuses to drive down the street and deliver the package. This USPS office makes senders look bad because items are not delivered as promised. Also, they refuse to pick up and answer the phone they prefer putting it off the hook so they do not have to deal with customers who are inquiring about the thieves they have working there that are not delivering the mail as they state they are. I hope they (the people who are delivering the mail) realize it is a federal crime to state the mail is in the mailbox and then they are keeping it.... that is stealing! Wish this manager took the time to make their employee realize this!

We sometimes go 3 days without mail, even when packages are supposed to be delivered or say "out for delivery" (ie: on Amazon).. My wife and I work near our home and often if we have a work item mailed to work, the mail carrier delivers it to our home, or visa versa. Its a hassle so trek packages and mail all over because the carrier couldnt deliver it properly. Signature required packages are often left at the door, and at work just down the road, they frequently toss packages over the fence instead of bringing it to the door, or God forbid, leaving it in the mailbox (yes, the even toss small packages over the fence there)...

The worst of all the PO that I have dealt with. You call them, rings for minutes then they pick up and hang up. This continues all day. If they are your carrier GOOD LUCK! !!!! My address doesnt exist for packages but for bills and junk mail the location is there. When someone doesnt feel like delivering any more mail everything disappears including boxes with tracking numbers. Got to love the service they offer. If this was a privately owned buisness they would have been out of buisness a long time ago!

This usps service is the laziest place in town! my packages never get delivered, not even a slip is left but it says "delivered" online..LIES! Im at home all day and no one knocks and then I have to go to the mail office to get it personally. IT SHOULD NOT BE LIKE THIS. and the weird thing is im only 4 minutes away from them so there shouldnt even be an issue with my packages actually arriving! I resent moving to homestead!

Gave wrong key to the wrong mailbox when I purchased my home. It took them 2 months to admit they did something wrong. Now I keep getting the wrong mail including certified mail that is probably important. Also for the past few months I havent gotten my 2 packages and my credit card. I had to cancel 2 cards because of them. I am only giving an extra star because the gentleman in the front is very nice.

They deliver the wrong letter all the time credit card, one time they lost my wife green card, after few weeks, they found it in the ground in they store, now they delivering wrong packages even medicine to mi mail, so I just walk to the house and give to the right person, yesterday I went to pick up a item in my mail box, and it wasent there? The ONLY reason Im giving 4 stars is because of your employee James, if 1 of every 5 people on this earth were as nice and willing as this employee...we would be a whole different tribe of people. Lost my package & now Im being fined 600$ for the item inside the package because it was never received :-) terrible attitude from Barbara and yeah basically you guys suck. Ive worked customer service for years. We all have our own problems but with a better attitude we can make everyone & everything around us much much easier, happier & run smoother.

Worst ever. Our regular carrier "Pattie" is fantastic but whoever takes her place on days off is just plain lazy. Packages are tossed on the GROUND at the street by our mailbox , sometimes in the rain, for anyone to steal. Sometimes we find them the next morning soaked. Supervisor Aida was very apologetic for problem . Well see what happens.

USPS? Bad service anywhere, but this one is the worst I have seen in 28 years! Long, long wait, often returning several times to get one thing done. Irresponsible with deliveries, items lost and no action taken. They should fire them all and privatize it or shut it down! Zero stars! (I was forced to give one at least to post my review)

Got a notice to pick up my package, passed by on my lunch break, was told it was delivered to someone in Texas...I dont understand how that happens. How do I get a notice to MY mailbox stating to pick up a package that was delivered and signed for in Texas!?!?

If I could give zero stars I would! I have 3 packages all needing to be delivered. All packages have been scanned at the post office two days ago and no one is delivering my mail. This happens all the time and Im just totally frustrated at this point!

Wrong mail delivered continuosly in my mailbox, where is going mine? Nobody knows. Now they retired the outside mailboxes at the post office with no explains. May be they are to busy Monday morning. Terrible.

Packages get stolen. Mail delivered to wrong boxes, long lines, long waits, someone steals mail. But the staff/manager are great! I love them all except for the one that takes my mail.
