Terrible, horrible! I understand I went there without an appointment( Of course didnt know I needed one til I got there) but the lady at the passport window is very rude and arrogant. She told me to call and make an appointment and like 45 minutes later called me and said dont hang out while I check your documents and everything was fine! Assisted another person without an appointment that was before me and another and another and kept me waiting on the side and on the phone trying to make an appointment. I went with my little baby ( of course I thought its was gonna be fast , really need my passport to travel - family emergency) and my poor baby crying and crying and she didnt even care! She asked me still dont have an appointment and I said No! Still waiting then left her workplace without saying anything!!!) Long story short, That was the last time I saw her! Very disrespectful lady, very very rude, she needs more education and of course Racist!!! Shes a black lady and I could notice the way she looked at me when she saw I was cuban!!! Come on what is wrong with people!!! She needs to be replace or learn a little bit more about dealing with customers!!! This is my personal experience and opinion! Dont recommend this place neither this lady to anyone!!!

I give 1 star because theres no Option for zero- with an empty store LUISA insisted that she couldnt attend us because we had no appointment I insisted that I had all the paper work for the passport filled out and she with a negative attitude and the worst attitude said a flat no- my husband interjected and asked if anyone missed their appointment if we could be seen and she again refused to help... Worst customer service experience, terrible attitude... Obviously customer service is NOT a priority and the gentleman next to her not much help either just sat there. People like this should not be working with customers. Never going back there again.

I receive one of the worse customer service in my life at this location. The staff was so unfriendly and not willing to help that it was astonishing. The manager felt like i was a burden in his day. I know government employees have a bad stereotype, but today it proved right. There was 1 customer in the whole store, however they could not take my passport application because of no appointment. I called to make an appointment and the first available from more than 15 days away.....really?!?!

I must say . Ive never had a better experience at the post office . This wonderful woman named Cheryl was so helpful and polite . Guided me step by step with what I needed and really went out of her way to help me out WHILE helping out other customers ( some shipping over 10 packages ) . Im very glad she was there and I hope she knows how great of a worker and person she is . Thank you Cheryl . You are an angel .

People always seem to knock this location, but Ive come here several times to ship packages and have had no problems with the employees nor with the shipping process. Dont shy away just because of some questionable reviews!
