The woman who works here is absolutely the most unproffesional employee Ive ever encountered. They put my package on the wrong route and 6 days later have still not received it. When I called to ask if I could come and pick it up, I got halfway through my first sentence, cut off and put on hold for 10 minutes. When I tried to call back they toothed phone off the hook. This was at 9 this morning and the phone is still off the hook. Im also putting an official complaint to USPS. This is unacceptable. Ive spoken with Robert who also works at this facility and he is great. Hell actually speak with you instead of blowing you off.

This is a Processing Facility for the Post Office. It is not open to the public. It is located across Apollo ave from the water treatment plant.
