Los señores atienden muy bien al público en cambio hay una señora de pelo rubio medía gordita q es una mala educada hoy me trató muy mal delante del público primero me hablo en español y después en inglés y cuando le digo señora no hablo inglés me dijo a huevo y siguió hablándome en inglés cuando no le hablan en inglés no te quiere atender y ella habla muy bien el español a eso yo llamo rasisimo y ella se le ve q no es americana tbien es una inmigrante como cualquiera !!!!

We need a rating lower than a single star. Not like zero, but like in the negatives. Ive never seen so many broken things and lights out together in the same place. Drop off box was already broken in December 2013 as pointed out by another reviewer. Our tax dollars at work! I was calling their number since 16:00 until 17:13, while waiting in line (they are really slow). Nobody picks up the phone and nothing rings there (I walked all the way around and my hearing is slightly above average). Is the phone broken too? The clerk did not answer to that question. I seriously believe it is time to allow the private sector to run the US Postal Service. At least business owners read our reviews, reply to them and eventually take corrective action. Nobody cares whether USPS delivers or not: they get their money and benefits regardless. They would make much less working for a private company. In fact, most would be fired during probation period.

USPS sucks, what else can you expect from a government service though. The mailman assigned to my neighborhood sits in the truck for hours parked in front of a house and doesnt deliver mail until about 5 despite me seeing him around 2:30. A frequent occurance is not receiving packages which USPS claims was left in my mailbox. I shouldnt have to constantly file claims for lost packages for incompetent people who cant read the address on the packages. I receive mail from other addresses almost daily. Of course there is no real person to talk to on the "customer service" phone number because nobody would want to hear complaints for 8 hours a day, so instead they make you talk to a computer for 20 minutes only to find out you wont be talking to a person. Incompetent workers, incompetent management at the post office, and useless "customer service". Wish UPS or FedEx could deliver mail instead.

If I could put zero stars then I would… this post office location is horrible. Possibly you would consider new management at this location. I have never been in a business that looks as though the trash has not been taken out in weeks with trash overflowing in all receptacles and not to mention all over the floor. Every employee there seems they are always on vacation. I visit this location often because I paid for a post office box… but when I order packages it seems I look at my tracking information my packages tracking states delivered to this location but I always have to wait 2-3 additional days before any employee will let me receive my package. This is even when I pay overnight or second day shipping. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Please get new management.

My boyfriend and I have a PO BOX here and we ALWAYS have to ask for our things. Instead of finding our packages in the PO BOX (which would be the common thing), we have to go and look for an employee to check. They do not do their job. Customer service? They dont know what that is. Some employees are rude. The store is a mess too. Do not have a PO BOX here. I highly do not recommend this place. Im waiting to these months to finish (of "the contract") so I dont have to go to this awful place.

This Post Office is the absolute worst! I have lived in Miami since August of 2015 and the mail is consistently mishandled. For example, a relative mailed a correspondence intended for Thanksgiving but somehow it arrived after Christmas. Another fascinating experience is when I am sent an official document from the University of Miami (less than 10 miles away) on a Monday and somehow it does not arrive by the end of the week. How is this even possible??? Please train your people!

If I could give zero to negative stars I would! Worst place ever!! They never scan anything, lines are huge, and the staff is usually less than friendly. Drop box has been broken since I have moved in this area a few years back. Do yourself a favor and go to the one in Town and Country or 117th and Sunset..

People are inside are helpful for the most part, but they always have problems with the automated stamp machine. Its either out of service, or just off. The package slot is also jammed sometimes. Wish it was more reliable, I find myself having to go to the post office at town and country on a regular basis

A typical government run office. I now know why the post office loses money and is constantly be bailed out by the government. 2 star is most I will go. Many of the staff know since they have been here a long time and they are all union they can talk with discuss in their voices. Sad

The is a guy here with an awesome attitude, always happy and singing. Does it make it better? It does to me. Line moves fast, they always have supplies, and have never mishandled my stuff in ore than 8 years living in this neighborhood and dealing with them.

Mishandling and laziness on delivery. I had a package delivered to a new apartment complex and it was returned to sender stating there was No Such Number, being my apartment number. Its odd that a FedEx employee could find the apartment the very next day.

I like this post office best...oscar always helps me out ....usually there people but it goes by quick and in and out...customer get frustrated and seen them act rude to employees and employees were very professional about the situations

The drop off device is broken since December 2013. They do not scan any package at this offices, instead they will provide to your mail a free tour across all United State. Try to avoid this office. Not all USPS office are like this one.

The staff are excellent, respectful, very knowledgeable on customer sales and product knowledge without being pushy. Even though you may have to wait on line most of the time, the staff there make up for it. Keep up the great work!

Been living here for a long time , and have always had an issue with this location . they are the worse ever . missing several packages and randomly show up weeks later or never show up at all .

This post office is THE WORST!!! The kiosk is always broken, most of the staff are rude and difficult for no reason. Avoid this place if you can. The one in town and country is much better.
