Absolutely the rudest Post office I have ever dealt with. The manager "Gary E." was extremely rude and condescending at best. He refused to listen to what my complaint was and even started to point out where it was my fault in a very condescending way with childish facial expressions which do nothing to calm an already aggravated customer. When I told him that my Scheduled pick ups where not always being picked up and that I had to bring the packages to the USPS office back door he shook his head and told me that was not possible because they wont answer the back door (suggesting that I was lying). He then told me that if that where the case then I had "Broken the Law" and could have been arrested by knocking on the back door to drop off the packages that where not picked up! His inability to take responsibility to correct the issue and eagerness to look for and point out the faults of the customer clearly shows he is not a very effective manager. Another issue we have ALWAYS have had is the fact that this post office refuses to scan in packages that have had labels created at home and are being dropped off at the counter. This means they dont get the fist scan until they arrive at the MIAMI terminal showing Miami as the origination point. We have had packages go missing between Homestead and Miami more than a few times... but since they never scanned it in they always deny that we ever dropped it off. Nothing but rude customer service from everyone I have had to deal with in that post office. Just drive down the street to the <> US Post Office <> 3500 Tropical Ave <> Homestead, FL 33032 <> They are a Smaller post office with 1000 times better customer service!

We have had nothing but trouble in the 6 years weve lived here, I even asked them to change my post office, Im about to pay for a box at the Princeton branch because they are SOO much better... #1 ) - ran over my trash can (on video), took the video to the post master who did nothing #2 ) - Hit my mailbox (this was a new driver, he apologized when it got back that we were going to press charges #3) - Marked a package of medicine as delivered when the driver never even stopped at my house, no resolution, out of money and someone else got my meds #4 ) - Constantly delivering other peoples mail not only to me but I found out several people in my immediate area constantly get others mail #5 ) - Got a note to pickup an important package at the office, I get there and they cant find it. I am told to leave my number and they will call when they find it. 2 weeks later we go back because nobody has called and they said they sent it back because we "never came to get it" #6 ) - Just now, the driver not only hit our trash can, but pushed out neighbors about 10 feet down the road (if the cans are broken, we are responsible to pay the county $50) #7 ) - I have sent packages out express and they were late, in one instance it was 2 days late and when I went into the post office they told me that since I printed the label online that I need to go online to get my service failure refund and when I printed out what the website says, I am told “I don‘t care what the website says, I do what I want“ (I print the label online but take the items in to be scanned the same day, I usually go to the Princeton branch except if I‘m going to be passing the Homestead branch)

The staff at this post office was unbelievably rude. After waiting in a line that ends outside of the building, the clerk that "helped" me did absolutely nothing to try to help me with a process that is confusing for someone who does not regularly ship packages. After tossing the tape to me to package the box myself, I was informed by her and the clerk next to her that there is not a single pair of scissors in the building. The older Caucasian woman that was working directly next to the clerk "helping" me informed me that "the scissors, markers, and all shipping supplies have walked out of the building. And all we can give you to cut the tape is a pen." I am absolutely appalled at how inefficient and disorganized this post office is and how rude and condescending the staff is. I sincerely hope something is done to change this post office, especially seeing as how it currently has 1.2 stars on Google reviews. If I could give this store 0 zero stars I absolutely would.

I PROMISE I CANNOT THINK OF ANOTHER ESTABLISHMENT I DESPISE MORE THAN HOMESTEAD HOSPITAL. I JUST PURCHASED A P.O. BOX IN FLORIDA CITY AND WILL HAVE ALL MY MAIL FORWARDED THERE. CONTINUOUSLY, I RECEIVE MY NEIGHBORS MAIL, IM ALWAYS KIND ENOUGH TO SEE THAT THEY RECEIVE IT BUT IVE GONE THROUGH HAVING TO WAIT A COMPLETE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR MY BANK CARD TO BE RE-SHIPPED BECAUSE OF THEM PUTTING IT IN THE WRONG MAILBOX. MY POSTAL CARRIER IS NEARLY 400 LBS, HE LIES WHEN HE HAS TO WALK A PACKAGE TO MY DOOR AND WILL JUST SAY I WASNT HOME. I MADE AN ONLINE PURCHASE THAT I TRIED MY HARDEST TO HAVE SHIPPED TO MY P.O. BOX BUT THE COMPANY DOESNT SHIP TO P.O.S, WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE SHIPPED FEDEX, I WAS RELIEVED...UNTIL I TRACK MY PACKAGE AND SEE THAT IT ARRIVED AT HOMESTEAD P.O. FOR THEM TO DELIVER IT AND THEY COULDNT VERIFY MY ADDRESS AND IT WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER. ARGH??? I ABSOLUTELY HATE YOUR OFFICE, EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE IS INCOMPETENT!!!

El alivio que me da es que no es la única oficina a la que he llamado y no me han recogido el teléfono, muy mal servicio al cliente, se me perdió un paquete hace un año, después de 3 reclamaciones desistí por falta de respuesta, nadie sabe nada, este no tiene que ver nada con aquella ni que jo fuesen rama del mismo árbol, que falta de respeto y lo caro que son los servicios, se jactan de ser eficientes pero de eso nada, muy disgustada la verda

Bad es horrible totalmente falta de eficiencia no te entregan las correspondencias donde deven a mí me perdieron mi recidencia supuestamente la habían entregado y no lo hicieron porque ese día esperando estuve pendiente del correo y no me dejaron nada más llame a la oficina y cuando pedí me pasaran con el departamento de quejas el hombre se hizo el que no me escuchaba y así me hizo cada ves que llame

I had to close my po box as they continually lost packages I received. They would hold mail saying the package wasnt there but I had tracking showing the items where there to be picked up! Staff are so rude and its not just front line staff but also the post master at the location. I have called 800 number several times to file complaints of lost mail and packages, as well as the insanely long lines. Last week I had no other option and went there to mail package. Line was out the door and the air conditioning was broke! And of course people bring an entourage with them to come to P.O. or breeders with all of their kids out of control running around banging into customers waiting in line. Complete mad house I felt like I was in a third world country! Pathetic!
