I went to this location for passport services. I waited in line for 15minutes for the lady to rudely tell me they do not take passport pictures (even though it says that they do on the USPS website). I drove to Walgreens to get my photos taken and then went back to this location 20 minutes lady. Again, I stood in line for another 15 minutes for the lady, again, to rudely tell me that I do not have an appointment. When I asked how to make an appointment, she did not answer and instead told me theyre booked till the end of June. When I asked for another location that I can go to as a walk-in, she said it was too late (3pm) in the day to go anywhere else. This location needs more experienced workers who are able to answer questions and have better customer service skills. Being that this is the only location here in Loxahatchee that has passport services, I am disappointed with how this office handles this service.

Out of 45 reviews, 35 of them have one star. Ridiculous! Earlier this month, I was never left a note or tracking number on my door indicating that they had tried to deliver my package. A few weeks later when I discovered it apparently had been sitting at the post office, I rescheduled the delivery. Day after day it didnt arrive, and the tracking status changed to "unknown". Mind you, this was a prescription - something you dont want to lose. After days of calling the post office to no avail, wasting time on the phone with the pharmacy to have a replacement prescription sent, my husband decided to drive down to the post office and lo and behold there it was. I wonder how many other "unclaimed" packages are sitting there??? And for the love of God, PICK UP YOUR PHONE!!! What business doesnt answer their phone? Ever??? Next time Ill use Fedex!

My mom was treated horribly. they claim that they dont take international postal money orders. They took it before, but suddenly say they dont do it anymore. Every other post office she went to took internation postal money orders, but didnt have enough to make the exchange. The lady from the last post office she went to called this post office to make sure they "take care" of my mom and walk them through the steps if needed. But, when she went back, they still claimed that they dont take it. They didnt even bother calling the lady from the last post office. They even accused my mom of having a fake money order?! Like, if you work there do your job! Even the MANAGER doesnt know what she is doing.

Dropped packages off on the weekend to make the time as stated on the outside collection boxes. At 4:00 p.m. on Monday (pick up time is 3:00) checked to make sure that the packages were on their way. When tracking was checked, it stated there would be more information when the packages reached the carrier! Called for the next half hour (closes @ 4:30p.m.) and it was constantly busy or they wouldnt answer & some strange whistle noise like a fax machine blared across the speaker. I read the 9 one star reviews & simply couldnt believe that 9 people had that bad of an experience. Imagine how surprised I am to be #10!?

This post office needs to fired all the ladies even the manager , they change your post person who deliver mail for us and then the one who replace loosing packages, I never got my package stolen in front of my door before for 2 1/2 yrs I been receiving my package now new person missing package, I believe they took them pretend they left it for me we have several tenants the same for the few weeks I called the number they gives me at postal No one picked up the phone .This is horrible place need a clean up of people who work there I feel sorry for this beautiful country who has horrible services.

I have requested a temporary change of address, the info was entered incorrectly into the system so I had to cancel that request and do a new one, which was never enter into the system. After a month without receiving mail I went to the post office, spoke to the manager and he reassured me that was everything ok. Long story short, I have lost three months of mail because of their incompetence. And the person who made the mistake never apologized. After 3 months my mail was sent back to the sender :(

Even though I have terrible non existing answering of their phone, Suzanne is an associate at the location who clearly knows how to delivery customer service although I still dont know where my package is she went above and beyond to help try to track it down and inform me of what she would try to do to help me remedy the situation. I have not dealt enough with other associates but can say she is excellent.

Stood there for 30 minutes trying to pick up a package and then being told "Cant find it. IF we find it, we will call you" the worst thing in Royal Palm is the post office by far! Its always under staff and the little staff there is generally clueless when something happens. They must not have a manager because no matter how many people complain, nothing ever changes!

Suzanne is awesome!!! She was able to get me a padded priority mail flat rate envelope to send off my package which they dont have available in stores and she sent me home with a couple more. outstanding customer service I went from almost paying $16 to only paying $6 to send off my package.

Ive been calling this location for the past two days. No one has answered the phone... nothing. How am I supposed to make an appointment? Then, if I show up to apply for a passport, they say an appointment is needed. Horrible customer service.
