I made a online purchase and was expecting my package when I go to the USPS page with my tracking number, see the FOLLOWING information that my package is out to delivery, I remain the whole day waiting for my package and nothing arrived, entered the USPS page and see the information that my package had an incorrect address . That same day I went to the post office to see what had happened, Raysa a lady who works at the post office assist me , i explained to her that the USPS page had information that the address was incorrect and that the package was not delivered, she went to talk to the supervisor Dani Roma but he was busy, she comes back and tells me that they did not have the time to search the package at their warehouse and tells me to give her my phone to call me when they found the package! I was waiting for the call of the USPS Post office and nothing !! Went back to the Post office USPS and this time a lady called Sandra, with a bad customer service, no patience and unwillingly! I am surprised that such a person can work with the public ... So I ask to speak with the supervisor Dani Roma and she tells me that he had not gone to lunch at 4: 00 pm , 2 times that i went to the post office I was not able talk to the supervisor Dani Roma. I kept waiting to claim the occurred, it take a while for him to come and finally when he came i explained one more time what occurred and with attitude , bad customer service, no patience and grudgingly as Sandra.He told me that the lady Raysa were just looking for my package as a favor! how is that? if you pay for the service and they are paid a salary for their work and to make excellent customer service! Also the supervisor Dani Roma says that the USPS page does not really correspond what it is, and he said that my package was never out to delivery, what type of service is that ? a service that is not giving the right information !! Outraged !!! bad service !!!

Esta oficina de USPS siempre pierde mis paquetes y cuando vas en busca de una solución, solo te recomiendan hacer el reclamo en linea. Ya mas de tres paquetes perdidos y siempre en el estatus de mis paquetes ponen que fue entregado, en una ocación ya aburrida de la misma situación, estuve pendiente del paquete y el mismo día que ellos ""dijeron haber entregado el paquete" corrimos a buscarlos y estaba en el carro de el mensajero. Como es posible que se limpien las manos cada vez que nos pierden un paquete con que "el paquete fue entregado" y hasta ahí no mas. Ademas el personal no sabe de servicio al cliente en lo absoluto, pues cuando uno educadamente y pasivamente les habla sobre "vengo por un reclamo", ya su actitud es diferente y defensiva.

Ive been coming to this post office for over 4 years as I work 2 blocks away and it is as bad as the other reviews say. Having worked many jobs in customer service, Im usually pretty forgiving and merciful but this staff is the worst. Unprofessional, no sense of urgency and complete lack of customer service. The staff attitudes are horrible and every time I go, I feel like I am a terrible inconvenience to their day. Not only do they treat customers poorly, they have side conversations audible to the customers that should not be discussed in front of customers. It is at the point where I have to mentally prepare myself every time I go so I dont come out in a bad mood. It is truly the worst post office Ive ever been to, both in Miami and nationwide.

Terrible experience! Everytime UPS let this company delivery any item it becomes a nightmare. I dont know whats wrong with this company/ this location. I work on a company which opens 24/7 and all they do is drive thru the street without stopping on my location, then they update the tracking info as "business close" are you F*ing kidding me. Im here watching you everyday, ive been on the same location for 5 years. And you keep telling me "delivery attempted/business closed"??? Then they re so stupid they wont try again, they go ahead and send the package back to sender! OMFG!!! Im gonna stop right here before i have a heart attack! USPS SUCKKSSSSSS

Worst Post Office Ive dealt with in 30 years of doing business with USPS. This place is virtually defunct, workers open packages and steal the contents, and ignorant enough to put the empty package back so it can still be delivered. Do you think were stupid like we open the package and will think "Oh the contents must have magically vanished" The postmaster has a standard apology letter which he sends out to customers when there is a complaint. The letter more less says there is nothing they can do and they are sorry. FINE THEN CLOSE THE DOORS ALREADY!

Never had an issue there until some fat mafia looking guy, not even in uniform, thought he was "Mr. Tough Guy/Know It All" because I simply wanted to take a picture of my letter, LIKE I HAD DONE MANY TIMES BEFORE IN THE PAST! This clown was super disrespectful and immature. Guy needs to pop a Xanax, get laid, or take a customer service course! Never going back to this dump again. BEWARE OF THE FAT GUY NOT IN UNIFORM!

Have always been well treated by all personnel at this office even though the office itself seems understaffed at certain times placing those clerks that are working under rather extreme demands. I try to have my matters in order before I get there and mostly they even show appreciation for what I have done and always ready to offer me what ever help I may need.

Extremely rude and failed to refund me for a service failure on their behalf. Supervisor was too busy to solve the issue and employee gave me a customer service number. I was told by USPS customer service to go to another branch to get my refund because they were absolutely wrong. Its not a surprise they have a terrible rating.

This is the worse office that I ever had to deal with. I lived in 3 different countries, on more than 25 different cities., and this one has the worse service in history. I dont understand why they have phone is they dont use it. I wish the government could do something about it. They forget that we paid their salaries!

The post office delayed my package because of the new year and required me to reschedule a delivery but coincidentally they did that for me. The package was delivered safe and sound. As for the other bad reviews, this transaction was online, ive never been to the physical post office so i wouldnt know what thats like.
