The United States Post Offices services have always been well below par. Most of us have come to expect it. Important mail that never comes. Important mail and packages belonging to others. Bills that end up costing you more. Personal credibility destroyed. Calling a phone that just rings. Time stolen when forced to explain to companies when you attempt to clear up, whichever mess. If youre here reading this Im sure I dont to tell you... But now its getting to the point where it should be criminal!! You know, when you really should be calling the cops, so you can have a restraining order drawn up, to keep all of you from laying a finger on any more than my mail. And, certain employees, find it amusing, when I announce my business is to make an official complaint because when I mentioned to the one who delivers it, it seemed to only get worse...Almost as if to punish me cos I said something(how dare I). Funny to her because everyone in line, is there to complain, she knows and hears all about it. Go ring the bell and wait in another line in front of a blue door for a supervisor. Well, no body takes the post office seriously do they. Being lost in the mail, is like saying the dog ate it. Even attorneys dismiss lost mail as legend. Peoples lives are handled with zero integrity in a place, whos jobs are sought after on a global level. And you go there, after seeing what its like when they visit your home. Trusting them with flammable liquid and fruit. And I will be expecting full compensation at the end of this investigation Ill have to take their word for. And clock out if I could.

people are complaining about the delivery of their mail, that has no bearing on this post office. they are actually very fast when you go in and the black lady who works the first counter is very fast and helpful. I always see her helping old people (who are too lazy or old to use a computer) save money on shipping and helping them with packaging correctly. I think the post office would work better if people would spend some time learning how mail service works. if you go online and print out your own packages and learn how to use the kiosk it would save everyone twice the amount of time. I see people stand in line to buy a postage stamp when they can go to the machine and buy it or go online and print postage out (with a discount). I run an online business and although this isnt even my post office I still go here to drop off my packages cause they do a good job. also to the idiots saying the post office is government run, get your info correct. the post office is an independent body. the employees of the post office are not government workers. fact checking is important, especially in the age of Trump

Worst post office EVER!. I live ONE block away (less actually) and sometimes when I get things delivered and the tracking says "it has reached post office" "then it says "item on its way to destination" and it takes A WEEK!!! for me to receive the package, This is now the 2nd time this happens. My package has literally been sitting there for a week. I work A LOT! and the post office is always closed when I get off (Totally get that), if it wasnt for that, I would just go pick up the package myself. Unacceptable! and this is what I will always have to deal with. Oh and I read Mar Pendragons review and she is 100% correct! The last time I tried to get a hold of someone at that post office to see where my package was, it was the SAME THING!!! I had to call multiple times, and eventually they just take the phone off the hook. GET IT TOGETHER USPS! AT LEAST ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

They took my money on the 15th and said two weeks to change lock on my mailbox, when I went to pick it up it was not ready and they could not find the order. They rewrote it, a few days later I called, the manager said he had no idea why it was missed and they would do it tomorrow,. Two days later im told they dont change the ones where I live, my HOA does. My HOA said BS. The community box is engraved by the post office and has a giant usps sticker on the back. What is the deal, they open the boxes every day and yet they cant change the lock. Now they say they dont have the part. As I stood it line waiting for this mess, I watched three people get the wrong certified mail handed to them. I might get a po box at the gardens close to work just to ensure my mail is not lost. Today is the third, I still have no access to my mail!!

Apparently there are thieves at this post office. I have been trying to find out what happened to a lost package for almost a week and a half, and no one has gotten back to me. The item was worth a lot of money, sent first class and insured, and coincidentally thats the package that was "lost"? They have never answered a single phone call that I have ever made to their office. And by "ever" I mean in 15 years. If I need any little thing that could be dealt with over the phone, I cant just call them, I have to take some time off of work to go up there. They are very nice when you get there, but that does not excuse the issues that come before hand.

Horrible service! I just got married and we had multiple complaints from people I sent invitations to in January that they did not get their wedding invitation until Late February early March! way past the RSVP date! I would like to say this was excusable because of the snow up north however this included people withing a 50 mile radius of us! Making me look like a forgetful fool. If you are supposed to be our mail carrier try getting our mailto people on time! The only thing I have left is to send thankyou cards after I will not be using the United states postal service any longer. Id rather pay more to have fedex or UPS get it there on time!

I give this Post Office one star only because there is nothing less. First I mailed 3 things exactly the same. Same item same envelope same address and they charged me 3 different rates. Next when I tracked the packages I was told they were delivered but were not. Next I mailed 2 large envelopes first class to arrive in 2 days one arrived. The second has not and know one can find it. The Post office answer is since it was sent first class too BAD!! Next is the carrier for Cypress Lakes she must have more important things to do during the day while she should be delivering the mail sometimes she gets the mail to our mailbox after 5:00

The fact that I called 10 times in the span of 30 minutes, waiting until the call closed out from not getting answered, they immediately had the phone switch to "busy" so i can only assume that they left the phone off the base so it would act busy it wouldnt make sense for me to call 10 times not get an answer and then they suddenly decide to answer somebody else.. Pathetic trash service. Unfortunately, you cant expect anything from federal service people, they think that because they work for the feds they can do a crummy job and get away with it. USPS is terrible honestly, gives me nothing but problems.
