This post office is the worst excuse of mediocrity on the face of this planet. A utility bill that needed dropped off within 2 miles of this office took 8 days (two days late). A letter sent through the Neville Island & Crescent offices to Texas & California took 3 days to deliver. There have been multiple written complaints of this office & nothing done about it. I would avoid this office as much as possible! In addition to their laziness, they are very unfriendly, rude, & treat you like you are a moron if you mistakenly werent sure of something or didnt know which form to properly fill out. Ive worked in customer service related jobs for many years now and am appalled at how poorly they treat their customers. They dont deserve a job if you ask me.

I am so happy that we live in a free market economy where there are other options besides usps, because if there wasnt I would personally deliver my own mail rather than use them. I hope they lose all their funding and get taken over by ups. Reasons: 1. usps STEALS items out of your packaging, and then says it was "lost in processing". Thats some bs, it should be delivered the way it was originally sent, not torn apart and taped back together. Ive been to multiple locations and it seems that the staff in each one is unhelpful and cant wait to get you out of there. I do a lot of shipping and get a lot of packages delivered and my final thought is: If ups isnt sending it then how much do I pay to get them to send it.

Worst customer service out there when picking up or dropping off!! My mail carrier is extremely friendly but when you walk into the actual post office, it is a nightmare. How do you have these people representing you? They are rude, condescending, and unhelpful. If I acted that way at my job, I would be unemployed. Please put these people through EXTENSIVE customer service training and maybe try to explain the concept of human decency to them. They have been rude to my parents, boyfriend, myself and several acquaintances. We have all completed negative surveys on multiple occasions and they still have jobs. HOW????

Our mail carrier is pleasant and great at her job, but we were completely turned off from the employees and their attitude when we called and even went into the actual post office. However, the new postmaster, Crystal B. was more than helpful in resolving an issue that had been ongoing for over an entire month (we were not receiving our mail due to a faulty lock). The issue started prior to her starting with this post office, and she was the only one there (aside from our mail carrier) who was not only able to help us get the lock fixed, but did so with great customer service. Way to go, Crystal, and thank you.

These idiots guaranteed next day delivery on a package of extremely important documents. These documents are still sitting there. I dropped them off there yesterday, picked up a load 30 minutes north of there, delivered in Richmond Virginia and Im going to beat them to Louisville Kentucky. I couldve hand delivered them myself, saved $20 AND NOT DELAY $3,000 BY A WEEK. By far the worst post office in the region. Thanks for the wasted time, morons.

Ive only been in here twice and both times the employees are so miserable with their lives/jobs. Both times I just had a simple question and they act like its the end of the world. Also Ive been getting someone elses mail for years and instead of returning it to the sender with the clearly written note, they just put it back into my mailbox until I toss it. This location is just so unhelpful and unhappy.

Every time I go in the staff is very unfriendly and rude! I get a little nervous going in because of the way they talk to people and make them feel dumb. Today was the last straw I walked out and will be going to the post office in robinson even though the moon post office is walking distance to where I live I refuse to go there anymore.

Extremely unfriendly staff. Most recently I went to send a double-sized CD jewel case via priority mail and was told that they only have one size of priority mail boxes. This is false. The same employee who said this also complained that I was keeping her from seeing her boyfriend who was visiting her at the time.

I have lived in Moon for all of my life going on 47 years. And looking at all the negativity in these reviews is very upsetting. I never had any problems with this post office. The staff is friendly. Pete has been there for years and is always helpful. I recommend this post office to everyone

I can see why the USPS is losing money. The folks working this location act like they are doing you a favor in waiting on you. They always seem understaffed and I loathe that this is the closest post office to my work that I can run to on my lunch break.

The staff at this particular post office are rude. I go out of my way to use another post office when I need usps items. When I am forced to use this office to pick up packages, etc. I dread even walking in the door!
