I walked in at 2 pm today and not an employee in sight. There was a customer waiting who said that the employee had to take a personal call! I rang the service bell...nothing. I said "hello" loudly, nothing. Stood there for a few more minuites. Another customer came in behind me. He also rang the bell several times...nothing. it has been about 5 minutes of a standing w/o an employee in sight! Finally a "supervisor" came and very unapologetically stated that the employee had to take and phone call!! We asked who was going to do their job and help us? She said she couldnt because she is a supervisor!!! What??? She then very nonchalantly walked to the back and said she would "figure it out". Extremely unprofessional. Zero customer service. I left and went to the location on Pines and dykes. Wont be returning to this location!

Loved my experience today by the lady in charge of doing passports. I cant remember her name but it was one of the best post office experience Ive ever had. I consider this to now be my post office of choice. Even though I live in Weston I have had terrabel experiences the last few times I ued their services. Coustomer service is key to a businesses success & I have no problem going a little out of my way to have good coustomer service. My mom accidently left her purse behind & as soon as we realized & started heading back I was going to call & the lady in charge of passports actually gave me a call first to let me know.

My mail carrier is a B .. she had a package for me today , she pulled up in front of my house and took a pkg to my neighbor across the street but didnt give me my pkg . I said do you have a pkg for me she said give me a min . She proceeds to go do the mail . And DID NOT give me my pkg .. and left .. I had to go out in the rain with my bad knees and check the box .. she shoved it in the box instead of giving it to me !!!! Also she did not log that it was delivered so now amazon is sending me emails telling me my pkg will be delayed ! I GOT THE FRIGGIN PKG!!! MORONS

Today I visited for my child passport. I arrived few minutes early to post office. I met a lady "PAM" she noticed that I dont have birth certificate for my child. She helped me the list office and suggested me the nearest location. I went to Pembrokes line statistics office and got the birth certificate. I came back to passport office, luckily there are no one as per scheduled. She helped us to apply the passport. Thank you so much PAM. Thanks!

I sent a letter overnight express. Did not reach its destination the next day by noon. I checked the status online and it says it is at the post office waiting to get picked up. I called the Everglades Postal Service to explain the situation and requested my refund of $22.95. The lady gave me a hard time. Giving me different scenarios as to what could have happened Ummm no....the USPS failed again and I want my damn delivery money back.

Got a package there and need to schedule a redelivery.. Call and call and call..... for about 4 weeks now and never get someone on the phone, always says "Busy Signal" Hope someone from management in this post office get to see this review and do something about it because is frustrating, being needing that package to be delivery for over 20 days! Haaaaaaaaaaaaa........

The "department of the state" needs a better call center to receive calls and make appointments for a passport renewal. Very poor service seriously disappointed that this postal service is one of the only locations in Pembroke Pines that renews passports. This location should be removed and taken to Hialeah where ONE STAR SERVICE SHOULD BE.

Worst service ever! Ive been calling there for two hours and getting a busy signal. I called the other day and was supposed to receive a call back and never heard from anyone! I need a new key for my mailbox and no one will help me! I thought the United States postal service was supposed to be reliable! Such a disappointment!

Tried to reschedule a delivery and almost 2 weeks later...still no package. No updates with the tracking information either. Dont waste your time calling them because the line is always busy. Beyond upset and annoyed. Ridiculous!

Deliveries always arrive at least a day after the tracking info says a delivery will arrive. Sometimes even damaged. Will update with condition of my stuff once it actually gets here.
