I have been to this post office for years! What use to be a very nice post office has turned sour! The people here are rude and I think they purposely go out of their way to make people feel uncomfortable. They have a "chip" on their shoulders and they honestly believe they are doing you a favor by taking the time to take your packages. Something that is very annoying to them at this branch is when people do not have their packages ready to be mailed. If you get to the front of the line and when they say "next" you ask a question about different services or how you want your package to go - you will be guaranteed to receive attitude! Can you avoid that you ask, well you can try the asking a question before you wait in line and you will be told to "stop cutiing the line" and wait your turn! I have witnessed them to be so rude not just to myself but to a lot of people and on different days. Another thing about this post office is - its always busy here because they are slow!!! I now drive an extra 5 minutes to another post office because these guys here are USELESS and the difference in customer service is amazing! If you have questions or need help with anything - take my advice and go somewhere else! Otherwise go and witness for yourself what jerks these same three people can be. There is one women in particular that never smiles. Shes always snappy and chews her gum like a cow! The post office rating I would love to give is a ZERO because its a branch full of rude and obnoxious people!

These people berate nice, humble customers for asking the simplest of questions. Not just me. The people around me were all being mistreated. Its like a Twilight Zone where that kind of behavior is normal. If youre nice to them, theyre nasty to you. The supervisor is a JOKE - she is the most disgusting of all of them. It wasnt until I told her this to her face that she decided to resolve my simple issue. Went from potentially expecting a call in MAYBE three days, to having it resolved in 3 minutes. Also: How am I going to trust these people to "maybe" call me in 3 days when their phone never even connects to the other line? Serious question. Bonus: It was first thing in the morning - no line. Only 4-6 other customers there. Problems escalate because of their sheer apathy and snark. Someone needs to bring their attitude down a notch.

The customer last is their motto here!!! I refuse to even give them 1 star! (Although they make you give them one to leave a comment...they do not deserve it!!!!!) They are nasty, rude and many other words I refuse to use but in this case could be used to describe them.... The line is always to the door. The main reason for this is not because they are busy but because they walk around and move as they are doing you a favor!!! And if you expect any manners do not go to this post office because you will fins none!

Never ever ship anything USPS. Ive ordered a lot of items for all my hobbies and everything that comes usps takes on average 2-4 days late guaranteed. Items from up the road to across the country, all show up at least 2 days later than the tracking number. My mail carrier is fantastic and works very hard but not there fault for sure. Ive never had a problem with the employees at the Post Office as far as customer service, I just think the shipping department has there wires cross.

This post office is a freaking joke. I hate everything about this post office. The management is nonexistent. Its almost as if they strive to be as inefficient as possible. They have lines going out the door and literally could not care less. They have two people working the counter and no one else helping such as taking slips of packages not left at front doors. This post office is the worst. It almost makes me wish that the USPS would just be disbanded already.

WORST POST OFFICE EVER!! Every time I go in one or more of the self service kiosks are out of order, or if they are working, there is at least one function inoperable on the machine. Now I find out that a package that I paid extra for 2 day delivery to CT has not left S. Florida. How can a business function like this?! Do not use this location if you have a choice. No wonder they are losing money daily due to UPS and Fed Ex who know what theyre doing!!

They are the most incompetent postal office. NEVER expect a certified letter from them....they leave a notice, you sign it requesting a re-delivery and then they LOSE IT! THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE. MY NEIGHBORS AND I ARE STUCK WITH THEM. FORGET ABOUT TRYING TO CALL THEM...PHONE IS ALWAYS BUSY AND WHEN IT FINALLY RINGS ITS A FAX! THIS IS THE NUMBER THEY POST ON THEIR SITE! HOW STUPID CAN THEY BE? VERY STUPID.

Multiple times my tracker states my items are out for delivery and should be delivered and multiple times I call to complain and get no answer as to why it was not delivered when I specifically paid for fast shipping. Ive lived in multiple states and by far the worst usps service ever rarely ever do I get my packages on the dates stated on there tracker system.

We have registered mail 3 of them and,my daughter asked the mail woman and she took the signed card. Told my daughter that she will bring the mail next day. She never showed up. I dont know why she didnt being the registered mail next day. Now we have no proof for the,registered mail. She walked away with our signed card without delivering the registered mail.

I was trying to decide whether I would rather have all of the teeth in my mouth removed or go back to this post office again. I will write a new review when I finally figure it out. They have the most miserable staff I have ever seen, off to the side the manager was trying to explain to a customer why lost packages were not their fault the whole time

Attendant wouldnt even let me take a video of me sealing the box and it going into the process of shipping so I can secure my seller protection. Didnt give me a reason and wouldnt listen to reason. Doubt Ill be coming back to this location. If a manager is reading this it was today 12/19/2016 at 12 pm the shortest of the 3 gentleman

Horrible Experience. Supervisor at this location does not understand the meaning of hold for pickup. They returned my package back to the sender. I am not sure if the supervisor ever worked on the computers. I am 100 % sure that USPS will go bankrupt in no time. or at least they will keep burning tax payers money.

The folks at this USPS location provide great service. Yes, they are welcoming one with tea and cookies but they are fast. they make sure the client is taken cared. I have never had a bad experience at this location and the lines move very quickly. most important, all my packages are delivered timely.

Since the mail deliver from our neighborhood (33325) was transferred to this post office, the service has become the worse I have had in years. My weekly magazines I used to get delivered Friday or Saturday, I do not get them now until Thursday, if at all. What is happening?? Who is in charged here?
