I have been a loyal customer of USPS for years. A few months ago, they lost one package in the last mile from the post office to my domicile. It was a device I purchased on eBay whose value was $35. Naturally, those packages do not include insurance. Whereas $35 is not going to break my bank, most likely neither theirs (go figure), I opened a case hoping that they could assume the responsibility since it was blatantly clear that something happen under their watch and refund the $35. I exhausted all the instances to no avail. I am so distraught that I am going to make sure they pay for that handsomely. I am now sending my packages over with FedEx. I will make sure they lose those $35 in revenue from my pocket many times over. Come on! Even for public relationships, I think they should have responded. No doubt USPS is on its way to extinction. From my side, I am done with them for good.

Stay away from this post office!!!! Ive been coming here for years, and each time is worst than the last. I sent several packages and each person sent me a picture showing that their package was ripped open. The contents has been stolen. I decided to go back to send something a second time after this incident and sealed it tightly. Purchaser contacted me, and not only was the packaged ripped opened, but the contants had been damage and missing. I package my items at the post office the first two time, and like a fool I came back a third time. I decided to once again package my items inside the branch and one of the postal workers that had no business being in the lobby was circling me to see what I was mailing. I filed several claims and I am almost certain they are stealing at this branch. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Im shipping my stuff through UPS!

Worlds WORSE! They dont deliver your mail/packages at your home. They make excuses for the carriers and do not return phone calls when trying to make a complaint. Today, the carrier waved at me...WAVED AT ME and a few hours hour later, I got a message that my package was ready for pickup at the office. It was out for delivery earlier! This is a package that does not need a signature and weighs less than 3lbs. Ive had mail returned back to originator because it was "undeliverable" and yet Im home everyday...all day as Im retired. If they dont want their job...get another one and let someone competent and deserving provide quality service. Wish me luck....Im going there first thing in the morning to do their job and get my package....I pray its there!

This has to be the WORST post office Ive ever dealt with. They routinely deliver my neighbors mail to my box, and my packages to neighbors houses. Apparently they are dyslexic, because I live on 5th street and they deliver to the same house number on 2nd street, or change the 2s in my house number to 5s and deliver to another house on my block. Their Sunday Amazon delivery drops the box on the sidewalk instead of the front porch, and probably tossed it to save 3.2 seconds. They also do NOT answer the phone if you call, so unless you want to waste your time dont bother. They get 1 star only because it wont let me give 0.

90 minute wait on line on Sat 12/13. Only one employee behind the counter. Many people only needed to buy stamps yet there were no stamp vending machines in the lobby so people had to wait on line. The one lone employee (poor soul) was friendly and worked as fast as he could but he needed help. I am looking forward to when the USPS is finally privatized as these inefficiencies will eventually disappear. Most people dont know that we taxpayers actually subsidize the USPS when they lose money.

This post office is a joke. "Rick" supposly the manger has no answers. You call and call to get answers to problems and all you get is a run around. Rick is very rude and all he does is the pass the phone around so he doesnt have to deal with you. I will be getting ahold of the federal goverment to find out who is tampering with my mail and legal action will be taken.

Worst post office ever. They have lost three packages of mine in the last 4 months and marked them as "Delivered"!!!!!!! When you call there, no one answers. When you go in person, no one has any answers. Ugh. I will be shipping FEDEX from now on.

Location is ok, I was looking for a last minute card to send with my package and this location surprisingly didnt have a card rack. The service workers were friendly and they do take their time.

Horrible. Waited for at least 20 minutes. Not a single worker in sight even when one lady yelled repeatedly asking if anyone was there, while the line has already reached the door.
