Love going to this post office. Everyone is very nice, and they remember there customers. Dont go on a busy time because like any other place you might have to wait awhile. If a package doesnt make it, it is also not 100% there fault. The mail goes to a sorting facility in Miami which is pretty bad. My package once was supposed to go to PR and ended in Guam, due to the sorting facility. I really like the place and would rather drive here even though my post office is the one on 186 ( which has terrible terrible service). Just want to give thanks for what they do, its not easy dealing with customers from all walks of life. Just knocked one star because I wish they could hire more to help these guys out.

i dont know about 3 years ago but now the employees dont know very much about ebay lables and have a terrible attitude, lady told me that the lable didnt say which box i was using but ebay lables doesnt give u the option to put it in the lable, but i did select what kind of box i used, she denied my shipment. With no argument i left to another near usps and they took my box no problem all they did was look at the weight and the barcode, Done.

This USPS is the worst. They never pick up the phone and when they do they just cant help you. I called today to get status on one order and he said he cant do that because they use the same system we can use over the internet. What kind of customer service is this? They are just sucks.

I went online to click and ship and the option to make your own labels pay and ship was down all day would not load page was very time consuming i tried calling usps and has put on hold for approx. a hour with no resolution.

I dropped a labelled small package in the Interior Parcel Box. It never arrives to destiny. I return to the office, they explain that they dont have any responsibility when you left package on the interior Parcel Box. ????

Im at the moment parked in front and this place is sopposed to be open at 8.30AM on thursday. It is now 8.47AM. Incredible!!! The worst ever!
