Cuando fui, el servicio de asistencia fue relativamente bueno, aunque no tienen tiempo para explicarte cual es el mejor servicio para tu conveniencia. Puedo agregar ademas que hace mas de dos semanas fue que envie 2 paquetes con ellos y uno no ha llegado. Cuando llame a averiguar el señor que me contesto fue super grosero y le dio tan poca importancia a mi preocupación, siendo un papel muy importante lo que habia enviado dijo que hasta 6 meses se podia demorar ....really???? Quien quiere enviar un documento importante y que se demore 6 meses. Muy mal trabajo la verdad, no se lo recomiendo a nadie

The absolute worst post office in the United States. Carriers will misdelivered mail on a consistent basis. Anything from medications, bills, and Amazon packages will be misdelivered to the incorrect mail box or left on neighbors doors buildings down. When you try to inform the employees at the brick and mortar location, you will be greeted by a rude staff that will blame you for the errors they have created. Good luck getting an employee that speaks English or understands anything about building numbers and the correlation to a community mail box. I remember when working for USPS was something great, when it was almost impossible to get a job unless you knew someone, when the post man cared about his job and took pride, sadly at this location, everyone is disgruntled and mad at the world. My only solution is to now have my mail sent to my mothers house in the Gables, I have never had my mail be misdelivered since, I hope they shut this place down and the employees go back to working fast food jobs. Stay away from this location. The only positive reviews are written by the friends and family of this location.

If i had a chance to put zero stars i would. I paid for an international air package with a guaranteed delivery date last month. It was a very expensive package ! It has been almost 1 month and i called USPS 1800 over 5 times and call the local number over 20 times. I have two separate case numbers. Supposedly a SUPERVISOR was going to call me ! thats is another LIE NO results. This is messing with my online business. If i dont find my package i have to pay my client $550.00 and be short the product that was mailed. If i dont get a respond very soon. I will press legal action for false advertisement damages and stolen mail fraud. I dont want to get to that point but i will if i have too! i will also report to United States Postal Inspection Service for investigation. Dont do business with this office this is not the first time i have problems with them!!!

If zero stars were possible I would give it zero stars. There is a older hispanic man with glasses not the nice one but the really rude and nasty one who always has an attitude, and seems like he never wants to help you out, then he talks about you assuming you dont speak Spanish like you dont understand hes talking trash. They have a new female who works the front she has braids and is very ghetto chews with her mouth open while chewing gum, and is constantly on her cell phone. The service here is very unprofessional, and I will certainly not be back to this garbage facility with its terrible customer service and workers.

Rarely have a bad experience at this USPS which i frequented every time i need to send something oversea. The line are fairly slow and it was mostly due to slow customers and not the employees. Were in Miami so that is to be expected. The employees are usually helpful and will recommend a better option when we are paying too much on shipping. I like this USPS. the only problem i have is that every time i have a package that require a pick up, why do i have to travel to the one farther down the road? This USPS is practically behind my house.

Is this a federal facility really? my boyfriend went to this post office and the afroamerican representative treated him like a dog, if you dont like to do your job, just dont do it simply like that. The worst customer service, we are paying for a service, she was rude, aggressive and never looked to the client at his eyes and never showed a friendly attitude.

You get what you get when you go to the post office. Most post office workers dont care about you or anything related to you. The facility is nice, so I wanted to review that. This is one of the larger places so its nice to have the extra room. They have everything you could want from a post office and never out of supplies.

Very bad attitude I asked the lady on front that i needed to send a letter, and she gave me the envelope and very rudely tried to finish our conversation asap to get to the next costumer. When i came in i heard some employers arguing in the back. Disorganized and aggressive work place. Avoid this place

Sent package and they returned apparently because the address was wrong, not true. Called twice, the phone rang forever and nobody answer. Terrible experience!!!
