Worst customer service I have ever encounterd. Period. I have tried to contact them repeatedly to no avail. They keep sending my package out for redelivery even though I indicated that I work during the day and wont be there to sign for it. I opted to for in-person pick up and guess what? They still sent it out for "redelivery" two days after I requested that. I went on my lunch break to pick it up in person and its out for redelivery. Unbelievable. And the people there are so rude. I tried to tell the clerk that I even had a confirmation number for the option I had selected and she just mumbled and shook her head saying she couldnt help me. I was late back to work because she literally drug her feet just to tell me my package wasnt there but on a truck somewhere. Even after I had filed a complaint with the peeps at the customer service line and requested to leave the package at the office until I returned from my holiday trip and could try picking it up again, they called me telling me that they had tried to deliver again to no avail. And of course when I tried to call, the line was either busy or it went to voicemail and the box was full. I dont get it. What is the point in offering me the option to pick it up if they wont even check their system to make sure they honor their customers requests? Also, I find it really interest that the only two favorable reviews are from unnamed "Google Users" . I wish it was possible to give 0 stars as someone else stated.

Rudest people Ive ever had to deal with. How can you be so bitter during Christmas? I ordered some gifts for my niece and nephew and paid to have it tracked and delivered within two days. I checked the tracking information and apparently it was hand delivered at 7:49, yet I never got my package. I called the post office and no one picked up. I tried leaving a voicemail, the mail box was full. Tell me how I spent the entire morning calling and not one person picked up the phone. Finally I decided to go down to the actual post office to see what was going on. The lady was rude to me, yelling at me about how the computer said the package was delivered so it must have been delivered. She acted as if I was lying about having my package delivered. Why would I lie about that? I asked to talk to a manager and was informed that she wouldnt be in until after 1 oclock. How is it that the post office is supposed to be working when there is not one person who can help me get my package? I stopped sending mail from this post office a long time ago because of their rude employees. Now, Im going to pay extra just to avoid having my mail and packages sent via usps. Never ever ever use the post office. They will not help you, probably yell at you, and in the end, you will end up not having anything done. For a company that is barely getting by, this post office has made me withdraw my support for usps. You guys have lost a customer today.

The only reason they are getting one star is because zero stars is not an option. I work for a doctors office and here is just a partial list of what has gone wrong in the last 9 months. 1. We lost our Medicare payments for 3 1/2 months because a letter stating we needed to apply was never delivered. We did however get the letter stating they were cutting us off. 2. We almost lost our mal-practice insurance twice 3. We lost police protection if our burglar alarm went off because we never got our bill 4. We have been late on a few bills because they were delivered to another office in our complex and it took them weeks to get it over to us. 5. Our neighbor has gotten our rent bill, FPL bill, Aflac bill among others. 6. The office in our complex has gotten so mad at all the wrong deliveries that they have gone out and bought a Return To Sender stamp. There are a total of 4 offices in our complex. I have called countless times. You can next get through. I have written to the Postmaster I have sent my doctor over I have never seen such rude and incompetent behavior in my life. Trouble is, I cant go anywhere else. They have us by the throat.

as of today I have called this office 32 times starting from 9am until 4:50. Each time I am either turned away since all voicemails are full, or its just a busy signal. I also have a package they claim has been attempted delivery but I was there SITTING IN THE FRONT ROOM BY THE WINDOW that entire day and nobody ever came. I would love to see this office shut down. get people that want to work. LAZY MANAGEMENT. Update: I have had this post office do this to me three times since the last review. they never knock, they never answer the phone, the are unhelpful and it seems like they are doing it on purpose. who the @#$@$@#$ needs to be notified of this office for something to change? theres def. enough of the EXACT same review stories happening to strangers. wtf.

I cannot believe that this post office is still open. If youve ever tried to call, you understand my pain. All you get is a busy signal. All day! I know its getting close to a busy holiday season, but its like someone takes the phone off the hook as soon as they get to work. I finally had to call the main line to file a complaint due to a package that has been missing for 5 days past its scheduled delivery date. Apparently forwarding a Priority package not only within the same zip code, but within walking distance is too hard for them to manage. That and delivering our mail before 8pm on a daily basis. I just want my mail and in a timely fashion, but I guess that is asking too much of this post office.

WORST POST OFFICE EVER! they have now indicated over 4 times that 4 different packages have been delivered to me when they were not. They have lost so much of my mail. My Fiances birthday is in October and we didnt get his birthday cards from family until February because they misplaced them. One time, I asked one postal server if they knew where my package was they claimed they delivered 3 days prior, she responds by saying-"oh I lost it and couldnt find it so I just marked it as delivered, but I just found it today so here you go." thankfully, I got the package but still unprofessional! Calling again today for another package claimed to be delivered again but no where to be found.

I need my mail. Missing bills, checks,. I had open heart surgery in Decatur Ga and had mail forwarded there, then canceled this and had made a change to my home address in Lantana fl. Then I put a hold until November 9th. I received mail this date but not the checks and bills I need.. I am not receiving prober mail service. Someone there has not followed instructions, they returned my FPL bills to Miami and I am missing checks from Publix. Someone in your organization is doing something wrong and needs to be fired. I want my mail tomorrow, bills, checks etc, If this problem is not resolved I will contact the Postal Inspector. For told is for warned. Lewis Lovegrove
