I cant say how much I hate this post office I have never ever seen a horrible customer service like this place. I went to send a small package and the two african American ladies were talking to each other and ignoring the customers who are standing in line, plus I asked one of them for a pen to use and they were very rude to let me use her pen. Plus I forgot to write the apartment number on the package, so I tried to call them but they never picked up the damn phone I got so mad and I was at school so I had to drive back to go over there and fix the problem, but the same black lady with gray hair was like oh I dont know if your package still here or not and I saw my packagr right on top of the box, she brought it to me and wanted to charge me extra $10.99 just because I forgot to write the apartment address and she was very rude to me I just snitched my package and I was leaving but she had to stop me and remove the postal ticket and gave me my money back so she wont get in trouble, then I had to go to UPS store and send my package in peace. it was the worst customer service office I have never seen an old woman who is rude like that, she needs to be fired and the whole damn post office location need to shut down, by the way im still gonna call their main office and complain stay away from this location.

Words cannot express how annoyed I am with this post office. Personally I do not have any problems with their customer service. The last time I was there to track a lost package I had to wait 40 minutes to talk to the manager, I understand they are busy and cannot run to my aid but perhaps they should have more people on staff for these types of issues. Furthermore, every time I order something online to have it delivered to my apartment building the Mailman never leaves it in the delivery box in my building. He always puts "Business Closed" and attempts to deliver it every day. If you provided an estimate time of delivery I would wait for him in the mail room (I REALLY NEED MY FK PACKAGES) But I cant sit in the mail-room on a sunday morning at 8am in my slippers to wait for him. If its signature required, why would he drive to the mailroom and then put business closed? How does that work? I am very annoyed with this system because two day delivery always turns in to me chasing the mailman for my packages around downtown for a whole week. Then you call customer service to find out which post office has your package and the automated service does not transfer you to a live person. So you have to call all of 5+ post offices to find out which one has your package. This is a huge hassle for me.

This is probably the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. I just recently moved here from South Carolina and had only 2 items sent here General Delivery. The first was a letter that was suppose to take 3-5 days (according to what I paid for) but it took them TWELVE days to give me my letter. The second item was a package from Amazon that was delivered on the 15th. Signed for by the post office. (By way of Amazons delivery notice) However, they managed to lose my package for 3 days and all I got was shoulder shrugs and "i dont know". When I went to file a formal complaint with them they started talking bad to me in front of customers. Telling me they are going to sue me for slander. I were you I would steer clear of this post office. There may be one or two competent people who work here but the majority of the staff here is trash. The whole location needs an overhaul of people that can actually do their job and then not get offended because they dont know how to do it. If only it was that easy. If I see that my package has arrived, all I want to do is go pick it up and leave. Nothing more. I dont need to wait an hour for someone to find it then come back each day and then an attitude from them because I want to collect my mail.

This post office is a disgrace. They will let the phone ring 20 times and not pick up. I finally got to speak with someone after calling 6 times consecutively, only to have a woman, named MICHELLE, tell me the only reason why she answered the phone was because she "was tired of hearing it ring". SERIOUSLY??? Who does she think she is? Then she proceeded to lie to me about the location of my package. They had my package sitting on their shelf for 3 weeks before they decided to send it back to me. I called consumer affairs and they couldnt even get in contact with this branch. I had to make 3 cases before my package was returned to me. This post office is a joke and they need to FIRE EVERY SINGLE INDIVIDUAL there and give people who actually need a job their positions. The people that work there obviously think that YOU owe them something for working there. USPS, you need to look into this branch and reevaluate the management.

DESASTRE TOTAL!

This place is terrible Jesus someone pick up the damn phone!!!! This place needs to get investigated I have ordered 5 packages in the last few months 3 of which have been marked as delivered but have not been received by me they usually say it is left at security or front desk but thats a lie my building has no such things then after 1-2 weeks of complaining it magically appears found at the post office all along wow I guess if you dont make a fuzz they keep your stuff for them selfs, super shady business. Another thing there post office is a very undesirable place to visit always stinks and smell like a gym with no a/c or something nasty. Seriously I rather pay more for FedEx or UPS but actually get my stuff delivered. Then they ask why USPS has lost 5.6 billion dollars in revenue last year pssh just look at all the location feedback and you have your answer.

Terrible location. I also have had packages lost for several days. Experienced rude customer service. However, I am writing this review today because I went their to pick up a package that they told me they didnt have. I had a screenshot saved on my tablet showing that the delivery was made and ready to be picked up so I showed it to the customer service. He asked if he could see it to look for it. I told him, "No, I dont want you running off to the back with my tablet." He tried to literally YANK it from my grasp. I pulled it back. He said he needs to show the person in the back named ARIEL.I said, "If Ariel needs to see it he can come up here and look at it". Then all I got was attitude and then told me my package wasnt there. DONT GO HERE!!
