SOMEONE who works here steals mail. i had 2 important documents sent to me which never arrived, but other things of no importance did arrive. A PRESCRIPTION WAS STOLEN AND MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE WAS STOLEN. one time if something doesnt arrive is one thing; but come on - 2 things of importance? very suspicious. i spoke to the office and they told me to speak with a supervisor on monday 03/11/2013. I need my birth certifictate to get a job that is being held for me. but they can only hold it until next week. all other forms of ID besides my license were destryed in hurricaine sandy in NY and all i had was my birth certificate. I had my mom mail it to me never thinking that it would go missing. JUST TO LET EVERYONE IN CORAL SPINGS AREA KNOW - THERE IS A THEIF SO BE CARFEUL WHAT YOU HAVE SENT THROUGH THE MAIL. ANY CHECKS OR THINGS FROM DOCTORS HAVE A HIGH CHANCE OF NOT ARRIVING. i will be following up with my Dr.to see if the prescription was cashed and with the DMV to see if someone tried to get a license in my name using my birth certificate. TO THE PERSON WHO IS STEALING MAIL - this is a felony - and multiple felonies if you try to fill my script or use my birth certificate to get false ID. you will be caught and i will press charges. you will go to jail. i moved here in January and I need this job. you are stopping me from getting it. I cant wait til u r caught and fired and thrown in jail. this is too suspicious to be a simple mistake. how do i get all other mail that has no importance, but the 2 things that are important go missing? something is fishy.....

If I could provide negative stars I would. Their delivery system is a freaking joke. Ive lived in coral springs for 4 years now and to be honest tamarac has a more caring post office. This coral springs office always lose my damn packages. I dont care how little it might be. They always leave the "well come back later to deliver it" sticker and never come back and when I go to the actual site to pick up my package I get attitude. Like no im taking time out of my day to come finish the one job you have to just deliver it correctly. Over half the time they wont even attempt to knock on my door to deliver my items. Like I understand you have plenty of other places to go, however it would be nice for at least just a knock instead of just leaving it outside my door so that anyone could get it. Then dont even get me start it on trying to contact them on the phone. I would get through to a deaf mans cellphone quicker then to them on their phone. How is it im going to get a tone for over 40 minutes just for someone to answer, even then they wont answer the phone. I dont get why have answer phone number for customers to call if you aint going to answer. Freaking pointless. Horrible Im going to be contacting corporate if they have one....hopefully corporate answers my concerns....thats if they answer their phone or get my letters.

I work at a marketing company and rely on the local post offices in the area for our direct mail campaigns, especially EDDM, exclusively offered by the USPS (so we have no other option). We often need to communicate with the local staff to figure out mailing routes and drop-off points. This post office has made that impossible, however, as they will not answer their phone. Ever. I have tried several days in a row, at different times of day, during their business hours. When you call, a pre-recorded message asks you to wait for someone to answer, then the phone just rings and rings until finally it changes into a busy signal. We have a critical job that our client needs to get going soon, and we could lose a lot of money if this falls through. What if other people are also trying to call with urgent matters? This is a bit ridiculous, and Im going to do my best to go up the chain and file formal complaints.

On July 26, 2016 @ 3:50pm I went to the uspu. I am at a point were the service at 8801 W Atlantic Blvd, Coral Springs, Fl 33071. Post Office is so unbelievable that the clerks are so RUDE and very UNPROFESSIONAL. I just walk out for that post office asking for a priority mail bag and that rude ass chines woman was very rude.. they forget if we dont support the usps they dont get a pay check... Customer service is very much obliged and that you dont get with usps... if you Postal People are unhappy with your DAMN job QUIT.... She need to QUIT her damn job!!!!! How dare you tell someone that you dont have to help them!!!!! You are being paid to do a job so do it!!!!!! People are not begging for service they are paying for it!!!!!!

Item 1.Post office stole a set of golf clubs me boss purchased on line a number of years ago. Sender confirmed delivery but golf clubs never arrived. They filed a claim with the post office, what a joke. Never responded to written claim. Item 2. Postal carrier stole and cashed checks. Fortunately Bank reimbursed. Two separate items of mail were picked up by the carrier never delivered. The two items were in envelops that indicated payments and had same return address. Mail not delivered but check were cashed.

Absolutely horrible. The RUDEST people work here... it must be a requirement. The frigid lady who attempted to help me which meant basically do nothing, told me they cant print my shipping label that was on my phone.. but so crazy, I went to a different usps where the ladys were so pleasant.... shocker guess what ?! THEY PRINTED IT !!! I mean, if you dont want to deal with people you should maybe get a new job. Since when does USPS not print USPS labels ??

Answering a threat with a threat... If the deliverability of my mail is ever threatened again, I will file a complaint with the Attorney General against the carrier who handles my mail. I live on a dead-end street with restricted parking and must park within 5 feet of my mailbox... this is not a reason to verbally threaten the service paid for by my stamps and taxes. And the age of the worker is not a valid reason to protest the requirements of his job.

It amazes me that whenever I do any online shopping, I never get it if its delivered through USPS. I had never had such a consistent "delivered" package but never receive the package itself. I have spoken to the manager before about missing packages and he didnt seem to really care to investigate. Maybe they need to do a complete change of the staff and management to bring this place up. Especially the USPS employee who actually deliver the mail.

They lost my package, and it was merchandise for a client. The worst part is that I call and tried to talk with the manager and they said that they dont know what happen, that I have to wait, and they said that they cant give me and answer because they dont have it! I mean, the last tracking of the package was going out the building and know they have no idea?. this people are not serious they have a thief inside the postal service or what?
