I just joined Planet Fitness about a week ago after leaving my old gym. There was a miscommunication when going over my agreement and long story short, they caused an overdraft in my bank account. I was livid. I called Planet Fitness immediately and explained the issue. They said they were sorry but there was nothing they could do other than give me a $60 dollar credit for future bills. So that made me feel a bit better, but didnt help me at the moment because apparently they were going to try and take the money out of my account again, which would have put me more in the negative with my bank. They said they couldnt help anymore. So the call ended. 20 minutes later I got a call back from the same girl at planet fitness who helped me. She felt bad that they messed up so she took it upon herself to call financial and explain the situation. Not only did she manage to get the pending charge STOPPED so there would be no more overdrafts, they gave me another $20 credit. So in the end, they messed up, compensated, went above and beyond and then compensated me some more. It is so refreshing to see a gym do this. Ive had this exact same thing happen with another gym and all I got was a sorry. 10/10 experience so far, and their actual facility is amazing. Clean. Would recommend

This has to be the worst PF ever. If I could rate a half star I would for them. The Judgement Free zone is not part of their beliefs here at all. I went in on a Thursday night around 1030 and the girls at the counter were flirting with all the muscular guys there. Not to mention all the girls running around in tinny work out cloths. I am an average girl, and it made me feel uncomfortable. I decided to try tanning, once I got into the room there was hair and sweat all over the bed still. I wish I could up load the pictures I took to show my friends and everyone I know. Once I left, a guy who I assumed worked there but not on shift was mixing drinks behind the counter for him and his friends. It is unfortunat I am locked into a horable place like this. I warn you, please do not pick this location.

This is a great gym. The staff works very hard to keep the place clean and they are always friendly. There are plenty of free weights and machines, and its never overly crowded except during peak hours. For ten bucks a month, you really cant go wrong. However, I recommend that you go with the $20/mo black card option which gets you hydro massage, tanning, red light therapy, and allows you to bring guests.

Upgraded from 2 to 3 because they seemed to have fired all the people who hated their lives and replaced them with human beings who dont suck. Also the best tanning experience of any PF Ive been to (and I travel and see many) the bulbs are always hot and fresh and theres usually not much of a wait. Keep up the good work, keep improving, thank you!

Lots of equipment to use, if you look at the active times on Google to see when its busy/not busy Im sure you can find a time if youre more self conscious. We went around 11 PM, generally only a couple of people and they were doing their own thing.

Horrible girls at the front desk. Just walked in & walked right back out, after i was rudely treated. Lacks HUGE amounts in customer service, friendliness & lack luster in explanation to new comers. What a joke, 2 thumbs down!

Ive been training here for over a year and I love it. Very clean, friendly staff, plenty of equipment. I love the different nooks and crannies, like the abs and stretching area and the 360 training area. Very affordable!

Its very clean and well kept. The equipment is typically in good repair except for the occasional machine that might break. I wish they had a bigger variety of free weights, and it gets over crowded at peak times.

The staff is super friendly and the locker room is clean but so much of the equipment is broken and not well maintained. One of my least favorite to visit on my travels due to that simple fact.
