Just the WORST these ppl charged me twice for the annual fee causing my bank account too be over drafted twice bc I didnt know when they were going to take it out no warning what so ever that caused me 70 dollars in fees not a big deal unless your a mother of 6 kids that works for a living for just barely minimum wage anyhow I contacted them and the stupid lady that answered the phone told me that they tried to get it out again bc it didnt go through the first and the lady from my bank said thats not true they absolutely received the money needless to say Im cancelling ASAP and so is my sister GOODBYE planet fittness!!!!

Love my Planet Fitness. Adam ,Justin ,Shane,and Cristina are great! Always there to help and theres always availability on the machines. The black card is the way to go. The hydromassage beds are amazing!! No more chronic pain or sleepless uncomfortable nights! The tanning beds always have new bulbs. Everything here gets 5 stars from me..#happymember

I thought canceling with Golds Gym was bad. I am in another state and I cant just cancel my membership. No I either have to drive 3 states down or mail in a money order. Which is really hard with my very busy schedule. This place needs to update theirselves. Its entirely inconvenient.

Really nice...This is the (PPF)Platinum Planet Fitness with some bells n whistles. Up to date equipment, tv monitors, massage beds and chairs. A clean atmosphere with courteous staff. Even has the Synergy360 for crossfit workouts. Good move guys....well done.

Best gym Ive ever belonged to. The staff is always pleasant and very friendly. They are quick to help with questions. This location is always very clean and well maintained.

The gym is plenty big and has a nice selection of machines. The staff is nice. Some of the TVs on the cardio machines dont work properly.

Very clean, friendly staff. Some people will be disappointed by no dumbells over 75lb, no squat rack, and all benches are smith machines
