The gym itself is great. Standard machines, very clean and functional, but the staff on the other hand Im not fond of. When I joined the gym I was suppose to get a tour, but I didnt instead I got asked what size shirt I wore and had that just tossed to me by a manager. They took my picture and that was it. No, Welcome to Planet Fitness. Nothing. And its the same Everytime I go. No hellos, no goodbyes. No interactions of any sort. They are all seem too busy talking to one another to give a crap about the customers. If the gym wasnt so close to my house I would just go to another one. Thats why Im giving them a 3. The machines earn at 5, but the staff in my opinion earn a 1.

I got into a verbal altercation with the individual at Planet Fitness who was masquerading as the manager of the club when one of the health club members who was standing on the bench with dirty shoes and sweating all over the bench refused to clean it after he was done. The "manager" at Planet Fitness denied that there was ANY policy at Planet Fitness which said that members had to clean the equipment after they were done. So with that policy in mind as well as the managers incompetence, I cancelled my Planet Fitness membership on the spot after being a loyal member for more than two years. Nuff said.

Not a good place to workout. I was in town from Chicago and thought Id get in a good workout at the North Olmsted branch. The changing room was dirty with hair and dust on the floor. It looks like people do not clean the equipment after use. It looked like a factory with rows of workout equipment. The other Planet Fitness clubs were not this soul-less. It was like working out in a factory with rows of machines. I wont go there again.

This is the best PF around, in my opinion. Always SO CLEAN. My ONLY complaint would be early morning attendants are spread a little thin and have a little trouble keeping up with tanning booths, massage beds, their cleaning duties and signing in new clients. The showers are always clean but could maybe have a TINY bit better water pressure.

I was a member for a year and I am considering going back after my neck surgery. I traveled to 4 places regularly, Parma, Brookpark, Strongsville and North Olmsted and found their gym to be A+++ in the cleanliness department. The trainer who provided me a routine was polite and never had to wait for tanning or massage table.

This is a great place. Im not a gym rat so the equipment they have is perfect. Always clean and staff is awesome. As for the other review about the staff not being helpful that seems untrue, at least for everytime Ive been there.

Good clean gym. Hours could be better for weekends, and sometimes the staff falls behind on paper towels in the dispensers. Still one of the best in the area with friendly staff.
