I have consistently received excellent service from Tracy regardless of what Im shipping (or how many customers are in the store). Last night I was assisted by Chris. I arrived right before closing, but he treated me as if there were hours to go. He elevated the experience even more by the pride and professionalism he exhibited. I could see his mind working:-) as he decided how best to carefully ship my materials. I have the choice of 3 UPS stores to utilize, but choose this location every time!

Are you guys really that stupid or just that lazy? We ordered some new sheets for our bed, not cheap ones either. And instead of putting it in a bag in the middle of downpour, you left it out in the rain. So when I get home in the morning the box, and sheets are soaked. And coated in mud. Your service and package handlers are absolute garbage. Well be filing a claim against you guys. You will be paying for these sheets.

One lady was very rude. The other who was nice has no idea what she was doing. She couldnt get my flash drive to work on the copier so I was charged a $3 fee because she had to get on the computer to print out my resumes. I was charged almost $7 for 3 prints of my resume. I usually go to FedEx and now I know not to go anywhere else.

The staff at this store was very helpful to me today. Not being the most technologically advanced person, just printing something from an email was giving me trouble, but they patiently and courteously helped me out. I definitely recommend their services.

Staff was very helpful... went in to order flyers, brochures and business cards, they helped me with designing all three items and I had the finished product in a very quick manner !
