Only gave an extra star because the people who work here are nice. My company ordered something from Wayfair and this is the hands it was landed in. The couch we ordered was apparently damaged in shipping causing a huge ruckus with time and communication between us, Wayfair and Priority Couriers. They wouldnt send us the couch unless Wayfair gave them to go ahead to do so. We finally got that settled and just wanted the couch delivered(we are waiting on this couch and have a huge deadline that already passed so we just wanted it). Then finally after our couch got the okay to be delivered. They have the billing address as the shipping address, we could not change it unless we cancelled the order.......which we are 2 weeks behind our deadline at this point because the whole damaged couch ordeal. Of course we arent going to cancel the order to wait another month to get this new couch to the right place. The couch was delivered very messy and did not look like it was taken care of at all. They need to find another method to be able to work with peoples needs, the whole point of delivery is the convenience of it being delivered where you need it so you dont have to do it. We now have to take steps to get the couch where it needed to be and was paid to be in the first place. Very displeased that they could not aid to their paying customers. Think twice before you go here for the cheaper price. I will ask Wayfair to use a different delivery service next time. It wasnt worth the headaches and there are other companies in Jacksonville who treat their customers better.

THIS COURIER COMPANY IS AWESOME! I always choose them when I ship any of my orders even a simple letter. They have the best prices in town and will work with you! Their assitance there is absolutley outstanding. EVERYTIME I call I always get my shipment handled efficiently and staff there are SUPER nice!
