I had to have a package sent there on a Saturday, the store was closed on a holiday weekend. No big deal. I went back Monday morning and told the cashier " I have a pick up" before the girl could reply the owner lady butts in and says "no you dont! You dont have a package here, you cant just have something sent here on a Saturday, you have to call me first!" I said "ok, Ive never needed anything sent here, its a first" she asked if I had a tracking number, I told her "I can get it in a moment, I just need to make a call." So as I am on the phone trying to look up this number the woman wouldnt stop talking saying "I dont know you, I dont let just anyone send packages here.... etc. etc." I had to walk away from her to hear the tracking number. I was confirmed to arrive that afternoon. So I come back after 4pm to pick it up and be on my way. A different cashier gets my package and says "itll be $3 to pick up" I asked "can you charge that to the Fed Ex acct?" and once again, the owner butts in saying "I told her that earlier! We are independent and charge for pick ups!" I said ok thats fine, I will pay. Then she says "Just take it! You can take it, but next time youll have to pay!" Then I told her "there wont be a next time!" she says "well I am sorry, its our policy!" Finally I told her "your policy if fine! Its your demeanor! You are treating me like I am inconveniencing you when I am using your store and providing business!" I truly dont understand why she acted this way toward me but I am certain that I will never step foot in there again!

I have been a loyal customer for a few years now. All the staff knows me. Its so much fun and enjoyable doing business with them. I laugh with the staff everytime I go in there. Their hilarious. They definitely enjoy what they do. I get everything I need done quickly, and the employees are alwsys helpful. I would never go anywhere else. I definitely recommend this business for all your package needs. So much better than the Post Office.

Exceptionally helpful staff, showed me all the possible solutions for a packing problem. I arrived 5 minutes before closing, on a Saturday, and got their full, friendly attention. Also, Supportive of the community, and our military and first responders. They will be my place for packages that need special care, for sure.
