this is my first review i ever written on Google but my experience i believe it needs to be shared in order for this location to do their duty right . Im an owner of a home business . where 1 or 2 days late affects me . i had 2 main issues with the delivery . 1st you guys said & stated that the business was closed when i was right in the porch waiting for the package the whole day . when i call they gave me the excuse that it never got here on time because of the lot number but days later after my package has been received i checked and the lot number was on the label so i dont understand why would the drive lied about attempting about a delivery he never did . 2nd issue , the package says out for delivery since Saturday . i call Monday at around 4 . they said the package is in the truck on your way before 6 it should be on your way . i call at 6:10pm another representative takes care of me saying the package was never on the truck it should be on their station and they tried to call the station and not even the manager picks up . the representative said they close at 8PM and shes been trying to reach them since 6:30PM . i understand mistakes happen but this shows how of irresponsible this location is when it comes to Updating their packages on time and Delivering packages on time . after this i will be reaching the Better Business Bureau to file a complain . if you tell me i would off have experienced this with USPS or even with DHL i would off understand but with FedEx which is to me is one of the high end companies when it comes to having " The World - On Time " but they cant even be on time when it comes to their deliveries or at least update the customer once the package is not on the truck that way me as a business owner dont waste my time or my money .

Horrible customer service and the manager was rude as well. I have never had any good experiences with Fed ex but today was just horrible enough for to actually post a review and I never do these. My package was not delivered and they said that it was because I wasnt home which is a lie because Im a stay at home mom who works from home. They didnt bother to ring the doorbell and just left a sticker saying that they tried and I wasnt there to receive the package. Mind you, I have a 95 pound dog that will bark at anyone who rings the doorbell, but she didnt hear anything so how would I be able to know someone was at my house? I called and asked if they could return back to deliver it since I was home waiting for it and they wouldnt help me at all. I had to call the 1800 number for help and write to the Facebook page for help from " Marty " who was very kind and went out of the way to help me. He tried his best but I still have no package until tomorrow even though I needed this package for work today! Multiple people have told me that they have asked their fed ex companies to return and they always have but obviously this one doesnt care about their customer service. Trying to get the corporate office number because they seriously need to treat their customers better

Item scheduled to be delivered today by 8pm, Waited around all day says its on truck for delivery. 745pm check status and delivery exemption customer not available, hmm was outside working in front of the house from 5pm to 745pm . Not first time FedEx Driver has done this to not deliver a package. Call customer Service and Absolutely no help just to call in morning. Not like Small Businesses need prompt delivery or atleast somewhat on time . Paid 30 bucks for shipping and not worth it rather pay the extra 3.00 for UPS from now on. No one can give you answers just pass the buck.

I was supposed to get my shipment on Thursday 4/20 no one was home no big deal so the same day I paid an extra 5 dollars for them to deliver between 5 and 8 I get a notification today at 3 33 saying customer has moved invalid address. Have been on the phone with FedEx for the last four hours to see if I can just pick it up in Davenport but they wont tell me a time.

Worst customer service. Waiting all day for package to be delivered and when I checked status around 6:30 it said delivery exception: no customer at address. I called customer service and filed a complaint. They didnt seem to care and said it would be delivered tomorrow. It is day two and I am still waiting on package at 7:15pm. Ridiculous!!

My anger begins to grow .... first a dubious company, and now it is engaged in the delivery of an organization with a terrible reputation ... Im shorter in shock. People, if you do not work, then why are you doing this at all ... you are masochists ??? Do you guys enjoy reading the comments of angry customers ???

This is the worst experience I have had with a delivery service. Was supposed to recieve a package on 5/13. Was at home the whole time and at 10.53 pm i get an update which says customer unavailable. Happened consecutively for next 2 days. This is ridiculous. Even the customer service was not helpful at all.

Driver did a claim attempt been waiting on package for two weeks. My package did not require a signature but the driver claimed he came to my address. When I made a complaint about it he told his boss he made attempt somebody lying that my package is still in FedEx possession.

Their driver couldnt find my house(first time in my 4years experience of ordering stuff with all sort of careers) for 2 days even after my explanation. Had to go myself to the location,even tho I was the only person there still took them about 30min to give me my package.

Hear the truck, Im in the garage, come outside and see the FedEx driver driving away, looking at me! Wont stop. Found a sticker on front door for package not delivered. These are cheap labor subcontractors for FedEx. Enough of FedEx for me! No more. Go UPS!

They will lose/steal your stuff, I am Fedup. How can something be on a truck for delivery (tires and wheels) and disappear into thin air? Sure they put a trace on it but that took 2 days to figure out it disappeared. Useless

I am sick and tired of waiting all day for packages, only to find they deliver to the office out of laziness. I am home all day, this was $120 of food that was ruined. THIS IS MULTIPLE TIMES.

This place is a joke Cannot pay to ship corporate packages from here They dont accept money And have to have pre done labels Are you kidding! Dont go here avoid this place at all cost

Slow service when going to pick up a package. And then the person bringing it to didnt know the procedure for handing over the package and had to go find out...taking even longer.

Very disappointed with the service. The delivery guy never showed up and the tracking kept saying customer not available. Had to ultimately pick up my package from the location
